Poor service from a rude and condescending owner. I used this service for a few months. They always sent new cleaners over because there is a very high turnover rate. When good ones showed up they seemed to not stick around long. Then they would just stop showing up as scheduled. I’d have to call numerous people who were «managers» and WA stole they’d call back later because they were at other jobs with other companies. When I finally got in contact with the owner Michael. He threw a fit and blamed all the problems on the customers and raised my prices by 40 $ each trip! Very questionable business owner. The cleaners always seemed unhappy and they’d tell me he would only give them an hour per house. His is after he told me I’d have 2 girls for 3 hours due to the size of my house. The service was always rushed and numerous things were always missed from their so called checklist. When I’d call the manager she’d tell me they would do it next time (2 weeks later!). Yet I still paid for the service to be done. It was a bad experience and I have found many other companies who value their clients. This owner also keeps challenging any negative reviews and is usually successful at getting them removed. This is my 2^nd reposting.
