I first want to say that my experience was completely contrary to the negative reviews here. I almost drove 20 minutes to another location because of the horrible experiences other have had. The woman who took my order was friendly and helpful. I only go to the Bell maybe once a year of thy so she helped with some recommendations of what’s good from the new items. She waited patiently as I took 5 or 10 minutes to order. The store was clean. Nothing gross or unkempt at all. The food came out quickly! I ordered 6 items and the order didn’t take 10 minutes. Everything I ordered was there(low standard but needs to be said since others had their orders horribly botched). I took it home to eat and when I got home everything was still hot(ish). It’s Taco Bell so to say it was all delicious just isn’t appropriate but for my annual Taco Bell binge, I was totally satisfied. The crunchies were crunchy. Nothing was left out of items or falling apart. It was just a solid Taco Bell experience all around! I’d give 5 stars but 5 stars for any fast food just feels wrong. It could happen but would take such a monumental effort that it’s not likely.

Perfectly reasonable service and food but when I’m spending $ 20 on food and you refuse to give me an ice water, that’s ridiculous. Went through the drive-thru and was told«we sell bottles of water» when I asked if she could give me a cup of water, she replied«nope». How nice. You’ve lost my business.

A little less than an hour ago on this gorgeous Friday evening/saturday morning, i waited 20 minutes at the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me, i order 1 quesarito, 2 soft taco supremes, and 1 nachos supreme. What i’m given instead of the quesarito and the nachos supreme are 1 hard taco and 1 soft taco supreme. I notice the nachos aren’t there so I ask them to fix it before i drive off. They hand me the same order but with two hard tacos this time. I didn’t bother asking them again in the event they decide to spit in my food. Driving an extra 10 minutes out east seems to be my best bet in the future.

Seems oddball that I’d be reviewing a Taco Bell, of all places. But, unbelievably, I think this is the only one left in Baltimore City, which sucks for those of us who love cheap-ass, fast Tex-Mex(that isn’t even really Tex-Mex but processed American, catering to voracious American appetites). Anyway…what was I saying? Oh, right. My husband and I came out this way to satisfy my screaming cravings for a huge stuffed«burrito» and a 12 pack taco box.(Hey, I’m pregnant — what can I say?). The food filled the bill nicely — plenty there and it was made just the way I expected it to be. What set this TB apart from others I’ve been to, though, was the service. Exceptionally friendly, much more so than I’d have expected. Place was very clean and employees were actually working as opposed to standing around, even though the place wasn’t at all busy. The counter girl was particularly patient with me — that’s the way it should be done! The only negative was that the food was a bit cold by the time we got home, but we live a 20 minute drive from here, so it may be just that we’re far away. It’s rare that I want fast food, and even rarer that I’d want Taco Bell, but when I do, I’ll make sure to come here. My daughter sure appreciated it! Recommended.

The cashier was polite, professional and considerate. The food was prepared well, but very half ass. It was so half ass. Boo. And I love me some Taco Bell.

What I loved about Roger Ebert is that he would write reviews that considered the movie’s genre: «The Rock» had the same potential to get 4 stars as «Saving Private Ryan,» because«The Rock» was graded as an action movie – and it was one kick-butt action movie! What I’m trying to say is this Taco Bell is really killing it in the«fast food mystery meat» genre, which compelled me to write this review. I thought about giving them 4 stars, but I don’t know what else they could do to earn a 5th star [EDIT: See final paragraph]. Their manager either hires extraordinarily friendly and helpful people, or else he/she is extraordinarily good at training the staff. The person handling the drive-thru is always super nice, and the food is almost always hot and melty. I really can’t ask for anything more. In fact, I haven’t in the past been a regular Taco Bell customer, but I find myself making excuses to go back to this place because I want to reward their good business practices. I’m especially impressed with management given the other fast food options in this area, notably the McDonald’s and the Popeye’s, which are SOPOORLY managed, always with either long waits or cold food. EDIT: Okay, a few days after writing this review, I visited late on a Sunday night, and found the restaurant really under-staffed and slow(the person taking our order took about 30 seconds to find each of the items, and the 5 items we ordered took about 10 minutes total). I’m still a fan, but I have to at least acknowledge that my only experience inside(late at night on a weekend) wasn’t nearly as positive as my many A+++++ experiences with the drive-thru during daytime hours.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The food comes out quick, is cheap, and fills you up. However, the difference with this location is the woman that works the drive thru is so amazingly friendly. She has to be the nicest woman working a drive-thru window in the history of drive thrus! She always asks if I want to add anything onto my order and gives me a couple suggestions and because she is so nice, I almost always add on a brownie or something I don’t really need. Especially for the location, you really wouldn’t expect much from a fast food place, but this Taco Bell is a little gem in this part of the city. I would not drive out of my way for this location, but it is a very convenient drive from my office.

It’s hard to argue with the tastiness of Taco Bell and this is the only one near me. However, this location is not in the greatest part of town. I really don’t like going thru the drive thru nor going inside. I’m not sure which one is less scary. Last time I ate inside, a bunch of young-ins came in and I felt like they were scheming to be up to no good. The service was a little slow but friendly enough.

It’s Taco Bell. Who doesn’t like Taco Bell? They created another meal because they were too awesome for just breakfast/lunch/dinner. 4th meal. It’s the fourth meal. Genius is often found in the company of simplicity. Volcano burritos were invented by Jesus in the time of the dinosaurs to cultivate the human race, only being discovered in our time because of a stargate or something, I don’t know. Also, there are a lot of trees to pee behind while drunk in their parking lot at 2AM.

There’s not much to say being as though just about everyone has had Taco Bell. The staff was on point so why not give credit when do. In my personal opinion the Volcano Taco is the best item on the menu.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, so the only real reason I’m reviewing this is because I’m surprised by the courtesy of the employees given the area that it’s in. Pretty much every visit here, the employees were friendly. That may not seem like much, but if you go to any of the fast food restaurants surrounding this area, you’ll find out they are rude, slow and stupid. The employees at this Taco Bell are quick and friendly and I’ve probably eaten here more times than I normally would as a result.
