This is my go-​to Starbucks, primarily because it has a quick, easy-​to-​manage drive-​thru. The employees are young and a little stand-​offish, but never unkind. I think they would benefit from showing more warm, personal care for their customers, but that is just my opinion. The coffee never disappoints at this location. Fast, consistent, and tastes amazing. I recommend this spot for studying, as there is a good amount of seating and you won’t feel funny if you spend a few hours doing work there.

The absolute worst Starbucks. Every time I go in or drive through I have the most miserable people. No matter how upbeat I am or kind, they’re just unhappy. Never smiling, always just rude. Don’t even talk to you or say thank you. They take your order & money & then you just awkwardly walk away. It’s so bizarre. Worst worst worst employees ever. Get rid of them all & just start fresh. Won’t be returning to this franchise.

A third of my visits end up with the wrong drink made. This morning I went through the drive thru to order a grande black iced coffee. I got to the window and they gave me a hot blonde roast. I politely reiterated what I had originally ordered and I got a MAJOR attitude from the blonde woman on the headset. «So you didn’t order this?» Nope. It’s not my fault that she misheard and didn’t repeat my order back to me, as most drive thru employees are taught to do. I then got hit with a «Are you sure you don’t want this because now we have to throw it away,» I guess to make me feel guilty. No apology, no nothing. Other times in the past when they’ve messed up my order I get an apology and they gladly remake it/​fix it. Not today. I work in retail so I understand the value of a smile and good customer service. I will be going elsewhere for my coffee fix so I (hopefully) never encounter that attitude again. Very offended to say the least.

Coffee is a very important part of the day and Starbucks is always there when you need them!
This location is close, quick and has a very friendly staff.
They always have the latest flavors to try!
The best part is the drive through which is quite a convenience early in the morning.

Wow, so you take my money, give me my receipt. Then forget to make my drink and just ignore me standing here for 10 minutes while this place is dead. No wonder the lady who was in here when i arrived was screaming at you. And then each employee blames it on the others while giving them dirty looks. Do i sense a hostile work environment that is trickling down to your customer service?! It sure seems like it.

Usually quick and correct service sometimes the line for drive thru gets outrageous and parking lot is over filled so makes for difficulties maneuvering a vehicle. Rarely have I had a mess up on my order. However the caramel machiato (iced) is frequently inconsistent with the caramel top and bottom. So disappointed when it’s not how I had been receiving it for so long. Which is plenty on the bottom at least but all in all a good Starbucks

We have been coming here for several years. The manager is Awsome, very friendly and on the ball. The lady with long blonde hair is equally great. Problem is if one of them is not present, the store runs poorly. The staff is lazy and slow. Just today, 2 staff sitting down while the line is 10 deep. Oh yea, they can learn from the manager and the blonde, a smile and pleasant greeting goes a long way.

Asked for a large cup of ice water on the drive thru and I received a cup full of tap water with light ice.
Was on my way to work so I did not return to ask why they’re giving people tap water instead of filtered water like every other starbucks.

Amazingly friendly service at the drive through. I was called «Sweetie,» greeted with a smile at the window, and the coffee was fantastic! Only issue was that as I drive a car, not an SUV, I had trouble reaching the tip jar from my seat. The service was worth me getting out of the car though, so I did. :)

They always get my order wrong, ring it up wrong, and I end up waiting ten minutes for a basic drink. I say «chai tea» and they ring me up for a «chai latte» which is about double the cost and isn’t what I wanted. I watch people come and go with their extra pumps of this or that, with an extra shot of espresso, while I am still waiting for a plain old iced tea.
There are many other Starbucks in the area, save the hassle and just go to a different one.
