This SB location is located within The Gallery, a mall right across from the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. It is on the second floor, right in between the escalators that lead to the third floor. The baristas stands behind a small stand, but there is plenty of seating here. There is quite a bit to buy aside from coffee. However, my buddy and I just got a mocha and an iced tea. Both baristas had good personalities, and welcomed customers with a smile. They got us our drinks quickly, and they did a good job preparing them. Good thing they are at this mall, which will see more foot traffic as the fourth and fifth floors open up after the remodeling is done in the near future.

E. Pratt Starbucks was crowded but I liked that they had a lot of outlets. Downside is you have people coming in begging for money. I’m not a coffee drinker so I prefer the Green Jade Tea… delish after I had to take the lid off for 15 minutes. The water was so hot I could’ve had third degree burns.

The barista on shift right now(young African american girl with a ponytail) should be fired. I’m a barista/server myself and have a great deal of patients/compassion for people in the food/service industry. This girl is horrible though. She left 2 sinks running to rinse her pitchers for legit 5 minutes, and then I watched her do it again after she used the pitcher. HUGE waste of water. I order a hot green tea and she messed up the order 2 times and the proceeded to say it’s my fault and give me the most ridiculous and uncalled for attitude ever. It’s tea… the easiest thing to make. If she worked at my coffee shop she’d be fired. I only wish there was a manager there to witness her work ethic

Great location to sit and watch the people. Good indoor seating and with all of the noise of the mall, the squealing sound of the espresso machines isn’t nearly so noticeable.

Nice, helpful barristas, and they make great drinks.(Psst: try the Red Velvet Frappuccino) Lines can be long, but totally worth it.

This Starbucks is conveniently located to one of my offices, so it pains me to write a less than excellent review. But on my most recent visits, they haven’t been able to serve warm food, presumably because their oven is broken. I can’t believe that a chain like Satrbucks can’t remedy a situation like this in 24-hours. In the mean time, the barristas didn’t offer up viable alternatives, such as oatmeal(technically hot because it’s made with water and not from the oven). Lastly, they only had cream at the prep station. No skim, 2%, etc. I’m sure if I’d asked for a different milk that they would have accommodated the request, but that’s just annoying. These are all minor issues, of course, but we’ve all come to expect a level of consistency at Starbucks.

When you go to a Starbucks these days its all pretty much the same. The machines are automated, the food is pre made and shipped in and In my opinion if the server is paying attention to temp you’ll get a decent product. I gave this place five stars for one of the only attributes that you cant prepackage or program; customer service. The pair of servers this morning were so friendly and cheerful it made a nice start to the day. The drinks we made well and they were done quick too!

This Starbucks is on the smaller end, with one big table and a few seats by the window, which makes me think it caters to the business crowd during the week. Very clean with an easy flow to it. We stopped in after a walk around the Inner Harbor, looking for something warm to drink so we could feel our toes again(about a month ago, in mid-April). The shop was fairly empty, and the baristas were friendly & efficient. Our drinks took no time at all, and were made to my(fussy) specifications — which leads me to wonder about the poor experiences some of the other Unilocalers had. Maybe I came on a good day? Or maybe there are new employees? Regardless, our walk was a little better with our hot, delicious drinks in our hands. After 4 days in Baltimore, I was glad I finally found this Starbucks!

This is really the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The ‘baristas’ have never once made my drink properly the first time. Here, skim milk = cream, splenda = vanilla syrup, iced = hot. I almost feel like they make the drinks the way *they* like it, and then hope your taste buds can’t distinguish the difference. I avoid this location until so much time has passed that I forget exactly how bad it is– and make the same mistake all over again.

Very slow service and the coffee was not quite hot enough. Could not follow instructions. Very busy area. Try to find another location. Sorry, but I can’t recommend Starbucks Coffee on 200 East Pratt Street. Please try again.
