1^st visit — «let’s just cut the nerve.»
2^nd visit — «well, we can just cut the nerve.»
3^rd visit — «let’s try a steroid!» «if not, how about a temporary procedure to numb the nerve and see what happens.» (I allowed this to see what the short term effects would be).
4^th visit — never happened. He won’t see you without shelling out money! Even for a follow-​up to a procedure that did not work! I mean, he would not bill me. And because my dog was having cancer removed the same day, I simply wanted a week to pay.
I have health insurance. He is getting paid. I only asked for a break on the $ 20 co-​pay. I have never encountered a doctor that does not allow this.
So he refused to see me and I still do not know what the actual results were. I believe he billed my insurance well over $ 1,000 for a 10 minute procedure that he made me wait over 1 hour for. I was 20 minutes early. But this also is something Dr. Ward does not care about. Your time is not important to him. Neither is your health either.
To this day (4 months later) I am having difficulty getting my records to show another doctor.
Stay far away from this so-​called doctor. He is far from «quality,» as he advertises on his business cards.
