One fellow, who was quite nice and respectful(and who was doing the cutting) did not spend much time trying to figure out how my friends hair was before he started cutting, and at that, with a dull ridiculous scissor, like the ones you use in craft time in kindergarten. We had to return a few hours later, as offered by the hair stylist at Tesio, to get the side-burns and back of neck clean as they were left chunky. The original hair cutter was nice and respectful BUT his colleague(ted) took our return as a personal insult and got unwound. I am quite sure you DONOT want to be around this guy with a pair of scissors, even a dull pair as he is a bit off. We requested clean sideburns and nape and he started screaming four or five times– ‘we do not use razors, we do not use razors…’ we never asked for a razor as i have not seen a razor used for sideburns, even for a haircut in a third world country. Ted was seriously disturbed and found it ok to continuously scream at a female(me) for no reason, really. Avoid the drama, go somewhere else for a haircut, this place is not only DRAMA but ill trained, in so many ways.

I got a manicure here and it wasn’t very thorough and didn’t last more than a day

I stumbled upon Salon Tesio nearly seven years ago as I was on my way to a far more expensive salon that gave mediocre haircuts. Ted(the owner) cut my hair and not only did a fabulous job at that time but has done stupendously for years now. Such a wonderful place!
