Ruppert Homes Builder has the worst customer service, poorest finishing work, no attention to detail, no respect for customers and no sense of urgency to resolve issues. If you decide to purchase a home from this company, prepare yourself for costly delays, as this builder has no regard for you or the timing and costs you will incur as a result. Jake Ruppert, builder is condescending and has designed his company to have no immediate accountability for anything that does not meet expectations of the buyer.
How to survive a home purchase from Ruppert Homes:
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ATTORNEY REVIEW THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING IT. MAKE SURE YOU GET A FIRM CLOSING DATE WITH NO LOOP HOLES. MAKE SURE RUPPERT HOMES COVERS EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF DELAYS/​IF YOUR HOME IS NOT COMPLETED ON THE SPECIFIED DATE IN YOUR CONTRACT.
BUYER BEWARE. I REGRET PURCHASING MY HOME FROM THIS BUILDER/​COMPANY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I wish I could include pictures as they speak a thousand words as to the poor workmanship and lack of thought and care take in the construction of this home. Very Upset!
