Calling pharmacy just to see if prescription is ready. Normally would just go to store, but my experience with this particular one has always been less than. Anyway, put on hold for about 20 minutes, hung up, called back, they hung up on me TWICE, called back a 4th time, got put on hold again, still on hold, another 20 minutes later. What is going on up there?

It was 15 minutes to close. I just needed to pick up a few small things. Cashier was very helpful. Even asked would I mind sonatine a dollar to Diabetics research. No problem. I am diabetic myself. What a great way to help. Great short and sweet visit to Rite aid. More thrilled that even though it was almost closing time the cashier had no attitude.
