Rite Aid

I came in to no one at the register and a gentleman cleaning. Time was at 9:15pm and the store don’t close till 10pm. I came in to buy a few items and of course I waited and no one came to the counter. Walked around and no one. I finally left my items at the register, in-​disgust, and left the store.
This place needs someone at the register at all times or at least if a customer comes in wait at the register. You won’t make money with poor customer service like what I experienced here. I will never come to this location again.

This is mostly for the Pharmacy, and admittedly, they may look like rock stars simply because we had such ongoing bad experiences at CVS. They are cheerful and prompt, and actually remember you if you are there more than once. Getting a prescription is often a difficult time (not feeling well, etc), and while CVS seems to revel in making this worse, Rite-​Aid makes you feel well at ease. Rite-​on Rite Aid!
Store is clean and well-​lit. They are in Shopper’s plaza so tons of parking

Nicely remodeled but they STILL haven’t updated the aisle descriptions. They were open during renovations, which was confusing. Always great service from pharmacy

what a yucky place. workmen were working right inside the entrance during peak hours obstructing entry. very small rite aid. disorganized. took forever to find what I was looking for.
the cashier was the most unfriendliest person… I asked if they did cash back and she asked how much and I said 20 and she then said ok… geez like she was doing me a favor or something for something so standard… then she begrudgingly handed me my stuff. she really shouldnt be interacting with customers. I rolled my eyes as I was leaving and the manager not the cashier then wished me a nice day. too late I already came here.

This Rite Aid is so sketchy that I figured I’d write a review about it. I ordered some photos through their website for one hour photo picked them up no prob. The next day I had to order another photo and went to pick it up days later, only to be told initially that they couldn’t find the photo, THEN that somehow evolved into the employee saying there was NO photo developing station at their pharmacy! Clearly BS because I had JUST been there! The employee who I spoke to was either not quite so smart, or just being a jerk. I actually could not tell which. For all I know he could have just been messing with me for no reason… very odd. Def will never be setting foot in this place again. Waste of time.

This Rite Aid is actually a sort of large store, as far as pharmacies go. They’ve got all sorts of random stuff that I can buy here so I don’t have to drive to the nearest Target. I like buying random stuff. Unfortunately though, their location and inventory are the only thing this location has going for it.
I think the most polite way to say this is that this Rite Aid has some especially DIM employees. I’ve encountered at least a dozen employees (and possibly a manager) that are just, well, dim. I’ve listened to too many conversations about the physical attributes of love interests and speculations of possible baby’s daddy.
I’ve yet to run into a competent person. I must say that it does entertain me when the employees tilt their head (like a confused dog — you know the look!) and stare at the scanning device like they don’t understand.
I’m giving one star for the location/​inventory and one star for the entertainment. I’ve yet to use the pharmacy here and based on the help, I don’t think I’ll be giving it a try.
