Great items for sale, quality merchandise. A lot of top name brands and within 5 years. Clean and well merchandised. The sales staff seemed indifferent. Some customer service would definitely benefit this store. I did not buy anything this trip mainly because the prices are slightly high even for top brands– and as mentioned, I felt uncomfortable with the sales staff.

This is not a thrift shop! And that’s a good thing! Coming in here, you’re not going to find that tacky looking item that will be perfect for your Halloween costume. You will find designer brands, great quality clothes, and amazing deals. The clothes and accessories here are pretty upscale and somewhat preppy. Some things in here, even discounted, I wouldn’t be willing to pay for, not because it wouldn’t have been a great deal but because I don’t really believe in spending huge amounts of money for a label. However, I am about finding pieces to invest in especially at a good cost! The first time I ventured here with my roommates, they both ended up with some great pieces and dresses for work attire, while I didn’t find anything that caught both my eye and my wallet. But the second time. Oh man, I’m still excited and it was two weeks ago! I found brown leather boots, real ones in perfect, yet already broken in condition for $ 75. Now that seems expensive for a consignment shop but I know how expensive leather boots can be and I knew this was a steal. I didn’t know how much of one until later on when I looked up the designer, Cole Haan who doesn’t sell a boot for under $ 350!!! I can’t wait until it’s chilly enough to wear my boots! But for sure, if you’re in the area, and looking for some deals, check this place out. The women who run it are always friendly and you never know what you’ll find!

They have great stuff a lot of the time — a wide variety — the owners seem picky about their consignments but recently bought a skirt that was stained so look closely before you buy. The sale policy is confusing and maybe misleading– they said 10% off everything — except when I went to pay they said oh no on that, it came in yesterday. They encourage you to buy things but when you do, they shove your expensive items in a gross plastic bag. A little finesse in wrapping up your purchases would help. Also, they have a candle and whole lot of other junk on the table when you check out.

Terrific place to shop for well-price current fashions. Great selection, helpful salespeople, and wonderful end of season sales. Worth checking in regularly. I use this as one end of a spectrum of consignment stores I frequent, and almost always find something I want or need.

I didn’t love my experience at ReDeux. I am a bit biased because, as one commenter said, the clothes are very preppy and not my style at all. A lot of the items in here are the same — nothing different or funky to try out. They were a bit on the expensive side for a consignment shop. I only went once, but the sales people didn’t pay any attention to me. Not the end of the world, but didn’t add much to the experience. It’s true that there is not a lot of crap to sort through, but there was nothing there that I liked so I won’t be going back.

I’ve been really into consigning lately, on both the buying and selling end, and Re Deux has been helpful on both fronts multiple times. For those looking to consign: the ladies who work here have always been incredibly friendly to me, but keep in mind that this is in the heart of Roland Park. Most of the clothes in there are from the closets of women who wear Lily Pulitzer/Vineyard Vines daily, so it is incredibly preppy. That being said, there are also a lot of nice items from high end designers(i.e. bags, shoes, jewelry)– and it’s not exclusively preppy clothes. It says in their website that consigning is by appointment only, but the few times I’ve consigned they’ve told me I could come right in that day. Like other consignment shops, they do have seasons(meaning they don’t want your sundresses and sandals in mid-October). When they sell your items, you get 50% of the profit, which is a nice little addition to your bank account rather than donating some of your(old) favorites. For those looking to shop: like every consignment shop, it’s really hit or miss. I’ve left empty-handed on occasion, but I’ve also found some really beautiful dresses for a fraction of the cost that their original owner paid for them. The items are all clean, many still with the original tags on them and there is a great selection of sizes. It is one of the preppier consignment shops that I’ve come across, but I would still recommend shoppers who aren’t looking for boat shoes and pastel colors to give it a try. You never know what you’ll find– I get compliments on my Re Deux clothes every time I wear them. I can’t help but think… If only they knew I bought this dress for less than $ 30!

AMAZING store — definitely worth popping into! I have never been a huge fan of consignment stores because of all of the JUNK you have to sort through. Not in this store! EVERY piece is to die for and the women who work there are so helpful!
