Quick to respond to our mouse concern. Technician Chris was great! Took his time trying to locate sources for mice. Left bait and came back week later and removed several victims. Chris will be back in two weeks for follow up. Very professional.

Korey and his team have been doing the pest control at the house our apartment is in for the last 6 or so years and I have nothing but good things to say. I never had a question for Korey that he didn’t have the answer to and whenever a pest issue did arise (which was far and few in-​between thanks to his proactive measures) he took care of it right away. Korey is very professional and also a super nice guy, and the rest of his team fit that mold also. If you’re in the Baltimore area and you have any pest issues or even if you just want to proactively avoid them, I’d give these guys a call.

Korey, the owner, came out to complete a required terminate inspection for my home purchase. Immediately, I could tell Korey was knowledgeable and had great customer service. He completed the inspection thoroughly, even going in the crawl spaces I am scared of. Korey found a couple of items that I could do myself to prevent pest from getting in.
I can’t give Raven a 5 since I did not receive treatment but I am definitely considering using his services (once I move in) for pest control based on his recommendations and the reasonable cost.
