Right next to Café Gia in Little Italy. Very friendly service, great selection of drinks and good food. Happy hour is from 4 – 7 P.M. on Monday-Friday and their food specials are $ 6 and house wines are $ 5. Had the mussels and it came in a spicy, marinara sauce. Mussels were decently sized too!

Little Italy’s newest gem. A modern, cozy, intimate wine bar with excellent cocktails. The food menu is that of its sister restaurant next door-Café Gia. This bar is definitely an enhancement to Little Italy’s food/beverage scene. Must go!

This place has the same menu and kitchen as Gia’s Café. It is attached to Gia’s Café as well. I love Gia’s and it is my normal go to restaurant in Little Italy. Pane e Vino offers a different atmosphere though. Pane e Vino has a bar set up which Gia’s did not have. It’s very cozy. Only complaint was that the Brusato was kind of boring. Just beef medallions and polenta. Would have been better with some other vegetables and color. It was still delicious and filling but I just wanted a little more. The menu was a little misleading by saying the beef was cooked with root vegetables. Still a great restaurant and will be back again soon.

Had a fantastic experience here before we went to a show at Centerstage. I typically avoid Little Italy accusing it of being touristy, but I heard great things about Café Gia and we wanted a quick stop in. The place is very small, but nicely setup. Designed for a quick meal, some nice drinks, appetizers with wine, etc. They have a small menu, but you can order anything from the Café Gia menu as well. There was one bartender/server that night, but he commanded the room well with no service problems. We ordered Café Gia’s octopus which is fantastic, wine and cheese plates, mussels, and some house wines. Most of it was happy hour prices on a Friday night and we enjoyed it all. We also got the tiramisu which rivals some of the best Baltimore has to offer, along with delicious ricotta cheese cake. We’ll certainly be back!

Little Italy is not usually my «go to» spot when I am deciding on places to hang out, but Pane E Vino may have changed that. This is a great little bar with a fantastic bartender. The cocktails are imaginative and tasty. I had the Watermelon Martini and it was great, a perfect summer cocktail. The beauty of this place is that you can choose food off of their limited menu or from Café Gia, their sister restaurant that is right next door. You must save room for dessert, the tiramisu and the lemon cannoli were fantastic.
