Went here to pick up some exercise attire since it was on sale. The store was very clean and easy to find what I was looking for, however I had to deduct stars due to the long line. They could benefit from hiring more staff to help check customers out. I was in line for about 45mins. When I did get to the register though, the staff was very nice and didn’t seem to be irritated from working with some annoyed customers, which was greatly appreciated. Hope they get some help in there soon, but on the other hand people are waiting to get their merchandise.

In store customer service sucks. I was the only one in there, no one could help me, and I was told to call customer service on my cell phone. Maybe they really couldn’t deal with my problem that’s OK but they could’ve called on the store phone and made an effort to help me. Since I was standing there in person

This location is a sloppy, disorganized mess! And then the store alarm kept going off over and over again.

I like Old Navy’s clothes. Normally. But I’m a slightly bigger guy, and it can be very difficult to find clothes in my size(2XL). Also, nearly every one of their stores seem to take forever to checkout. I don’t want to apply for blah blah blah. Just ring me up and let me get on my way.

Okay what can I say that you don’t know already about Old Navy… hmm not too much. This location is at The Avenue at White Marsh, it is still considered a newer store in the area, and it’s big enough to spend a good amount of time in there looking through everything they have. There was a great sale going on for the 4th of July weekend, so I decided it was time for me to go pick up some new cheap flip flops, tank tops, and shorts. Unfortunately they didn’t have any shorts that I liked, but I did find a cute summer dress the was on sale for $ 11. It was the last one and my size… what are the odds. On this trip to Old Navy I found some killer deals and was pleased with my purchases.

I’m not a huge Old Navy fan. I think the clothes are cut very awkwardly and I don’t think they offer enough size availability for individual’s with differing body types. However, this establishment is rather clean and tidy. The clothes are almost always in their places and it is never difficult for customers to find what they are looking for. The only really amazing thing about Old Navy is that they are always offering Navy Bucks. and everyone loves a good discount!

I think I’ve stumbled upon the reason there are no heads on any of the mannequins at Old Navy — they all blew them off listening to the horrible loud 90’s german discothèque meets janis joplin hipster music. Ruins my shopping experience when every song that comes through the speakers I’m thinking ‘what the hell is this crap?’.

Old Navy is a cool clothes store. I agree with Rach, they are all well-organized. I love their iconic classic truck and the family of mannequins(the dog too). I didn’t have any problems with anyone being rude today, they 20-something gentleman manning the dressing room was very polite and got me in quickly. We’ve been buying from Old Navy for years, and we try to time our purchases to their better sales. Today was one of those better timed moments. They have a great sale this week… buy one item and get a second item for 75% off. The mannequin family loves to have their picture taken with you, even the dog was friendly!(see my pictures)

Not bad… This is a typical Old Navy that sells men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing(and a few accessories for dogs). It’s a relatively well-organized and clean store, but it’s a bit smaller than most Old Navy locations that I’ve been to before, so I think there’s a bit less merchandise for sale. The reason for my low review is that I didn’t like the lady in the dressing room. My sister and I tried on a few things and didn’t put all of the clothes back on hangers before we handed back the things we didn’t want and she warned us to put them back on the hanger next time. Um… not to sound like snob and a brat, but I think it’s the employee’s job to keep the store organized and put things back on hangers, right? Old Navy hangers have the sizes on them so I would assume that if all customers put the clothes back on the hangers, they’d mix up sizes and ruin the displays. That’s all.
