I’m total speechless from what I just heard today! I went for chiropractic services in 2^nd half of 2012 for a few months with over 20 visits and paid all the bills that billed to me. Now, I decided to go for a new chiropractic service with another chiropractor center and I told them my history and requested a file transfer from Spector. First they couldn’t find my records when my new chiropractor called me. After looking over my old emails, I found out I started seeing them after summer 2012. Today, I received a call from Spencor office that I owed them money! What a joke!!! This is the first time I have ever heard from them after my last visit. I always paid what they told me with my health spending account card and they have never told me my insurance declined or whatever! I’m still in shock!
I even paid my insertion shoes that it didn’t help a bit. The whole treatment program was a big ripoff!!! They kept making you come like at least 3x per week for a few months and I didn’t feel any improvements until I had to stop. At the final day, she showed me briefly with before and after X-​ray, not a bit of change to my opinion but I didn’t want to argue with her. It’s pointless and learn from not trusting her again!!!
Now, I have to dig into my old files to find out what I paid. Bottom line is they never contacted me about my insurance or any discrepancies until I asked for a file transfer request! They must have been ashamed of what they did to me!!! Stay away!!!
PS: I’ve been having a sciatic nerve pain the last couple of weeks, and their billing department guy wanted me to look into my health saving account from 3 years ago? I called my current health saving account bank and realized that my company has transferred into this current bank effective 12÷31÷12. I don’t have my old account and this is very frustrating adding into more stress! This morning, I just got a call from a collection agency but they didn’t leave a message. I suspected this is from them reporting to the collection agency! I have never owed any money with anyone, so I presume this is the only reason I got a call from the agency! The chiropractor that treated me 3 years ago is no longer working there!

Pay attention to your bill! $ 100 for an X-​ray built in the 70s that you don’t get to keep and were told you wouldn’t be charged for. $ 52 to roll on a foam roller for 10 mins and I got charged 4 times for that. Clearly this place values your wallet more than your care. I won’t be back.

Have been going to Spector Chiropractic since May seeing Dr. Pamela Woodward and so happy with the results I am getting.
The Team at the Federal Hill offices of Dr. Norman Spector are convenient for me living in Locust Point and working in Downtown /​Inner Harbor Baltimore.
Dr. Pamela Woodward GREAT, she is teaching me so much and making me feel new again! Griffin who is the Chiropractic Assistant who sets me up on the Stimulator and then guides me in my Physical Therapy is caring and attentive and always makes me smile. Angela who is the office manager has such a sweet and serene presence keeping things running smoothly
They are a great TEAM! And that’s what I call them MY TEAM! I love them and appreciate all they have done in getting me back to better!
I recommend them Highly and after my Therapy has been completed my intention is to stay on and go back once a month for adjustments because THEY are worth it to me for the way they are and the way they make me feel!
