Food was barely warm, service took forever, nobody is cleaning tables. Worst run restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. Avoid it.

This was a fun place to try. We only have one of these in Florida, and it’s not right near where I live. We kept driving around while we were visiting in Maryland, and saw multiple Noodle company locations. So we decided to give it a try. There were plenty of different options. And if you’re not there for the noodles, they have some salads and sandwich options too. Overall we were all very happy with our noodle bowls. My husband had the pad Thai, and I had the pesto. My in-laws had the Japanese noodles, those are a little spicy. Yet their texture was fun. The stroganoff was great though too. The overall dining area was clean. They have the fancy Coke machines, those are always fun. Since this is in a tourist like area, you have to have a code to use the bathroom. Overall it was a good experience, and will definitely have to try one again.

This location isn’t my favorite Noodles and Company. The team member taking my order was polite and helpful but the restaurant wasn’t super clean and the food was mediocre.

Mind blown but not in a good way –_– I decided to come here and try some noodles; I’ve never been here before and I thought what a cute spot to grab something to eat on this beautiful day at the harbor. I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp but without peanuts in a small bowl. The total was 7-ish which is not expensive. The order took about 10 – 15 minutes to prepare which was cool and I didn’t mind the wait however; I was not please with the entrée. It lacked seasoning, they give you a lot of bean sprouts which I’m not a fan off especially when they are not cooked. It really over powered the entire entrée. They give you maybe 5 – 7 shrimps with the dish, which was ridiculous in my opinion. This was my first Pad Thai and maybe that’s how all of them taste but the picture looked amazing at other places but not this place. It’s like they grab a whole bunch of bean sprouts and piled it on the entrée. I know I keep talking about the bean sprouts but the picture speaks for itself lol. I won’t come here again, it’s not worth my time or my money. I’m very, very disappointed! The cashier wasn’t attentive, every 30 seconds she was counting the draw as if she was closing out and she wasn’t. I was looking for a trashcan and I couldn’t find one which was weird; I guess they clear the trash from the tables? The inside was cool nothing to special.

Very clean restaurant. The guy working the front register was ultra friendly. So customer service was top notch. Also ask for water cups. Got two large cups free of charge. Not a small cup like small places do. Now comes the best part. The food was amazing. Nice & hot. Properly seasoned & fresh tasting. Best plate of noodles I had in a long time. Only downfall is the portion sizes. They could have filled it up more. Overall will definitely revisit whenever I’m in the area tho.

The manager has attitude, and the server agreed. Our rather simple order took 30 minutes all because they had to cook a fresh batch of Thai Curry soup — as evidenced by the crunchy noodles. Next time try admitting the truth rather than blaming the horde of ignorant customers.

So today I was enjoying my time in the Inner Harbor, I decided to go to Noodles and Company. My choice for lunch was Penne Rosa, side Cesar Salad and side Tomato Bisque soup. Where will you guys like me to begin on the horrible experience. First, when I walked in there was no where to sit because all of the tables were dirty. Two, my meal was gross the salad had old lettuce and drenched with dressing. They served my meal to me and it was practically falling off the table so I had to make sure I could attempt to try enjoy my meal lol . Third, I kept having to wait while at the register for service. . Now at home, I had to put more seasoning on my Penne Rosa because when they gave it to me it was cold, I still feel like I am struggling to eat this meal . Well everyone you know I am not going back.

Mediocre food that is overpriced. Service was slow and the noodles were overcooked and felt mealy. It’s food court food and expectations are low but even with that dispensation this place is … meh.

Why would anyone serve someone oily BURNT noodles with a few oily strands of vegetables and charge $ 6.79?(See the photo). Please avoid, and go to the multiple other food places around! I ordered the whole grain tuscan fresc to-go, based on the cashier’s knowledge and claim it has the most vegetables. Warning signs started once I placed my order: The cook and the cashier had to have a conversation about the vegetables going into the dish. Um. What? You have signs everywhere saying what is in the dish. You should know what goes into the food! Well, I didn’t get vegetables. But worse, when I got home I realized they served me *BURNT* noodles. I tried to see if it maybe had vegetables inside, but it only had 5 pieces of onions and 3 pieces of Tomatoes, and no bell peppers or spinach or anything else. And it was smothered in greasy oil that tasted stale. Almost $ 7 for greasy, burnt noodles with a few pitiful pieces of vegetables. If this is how they make one dish, image the consideration and cleanliness thay goes into their other dishes. For your stomach and wallet’s sake, Avoid Noodles & Co!

Had the small portion of pad thai and small bowl of tomat basil soup. Pad thai was really good, fresh lime and cilantro accompanied it. The soup was pretty acidic, could of done with a dash of sugar in the batch but all in all for 6 good deal.

A nice switch up from the other to-go lunch options in the harbor. I think the food is fairly average, with a good number of options. The portions are large and I usually have leftovers. The service is typically pretty slow for an order at the counter place; I never go here if I’m in a rush.

I don’t know, this location just seems to let me down in one way or another every time we decide to try it again or forgot how bad it was on a previous visit. Either the food ends up mediocre or the service is painfully slow e.g. in the neighborhood of 10 or more minutes, and I watch my order turn glaringly red on the order screen. As a chain, Noodles is usually okay for a quick and inexpensive meal, but this location could do better. There are easily other quick service venues nearby, if not elsewhere in the Harborplace, but every once in a while I’ll give this location another chance.

The food is not as good as other noodles locations. The staff person serving us was probably new as he had trouble figuring things out and forgot to bring one side order. However, he did fulfill our additional requests for additional bowls, napkins, silverware etc quickly especially since we were there with kids.

Nice view of the harbor from their patio. Food was ok. Had the pad Thai, tasted kind of bland. Lots of food for price.

Good, cheap, and fast! Everything is very fresh. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles with a side of Thai curry soup. The curry was light on flavor but in a nice way. The noodles had a nice consistent heat to them. The gentleman who worked there was extremely nice as well. When are they going to open a location in Cleveland?!

Got there when it opened. So they were still doing opening duties. They were very friendly and fast. Got the Wisconsin Mac n cheese with oven cooked meatballs. Was very tasty. I would and will go back. The bowl was chipped and busted. My only complaint.

Ate here a few times this past weekend for Bronycon. Its a short walk from the BCC and a nice place to grab a quick meal. Its all fairly basic noodle dishes with slight variations depending on your tastes. I had both the Alfredo MontAmore and Pesto Cavatappi and aside from the noodle shape both tasted pretty similar. You can add extra meat or tofu to your dish for an additional cost as well as a side salad to make a more satisfying meal.(Boyfriend swears by their Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and just adds a meat to it depending on what he wants that day) Staff were constantly working when we were there either restocking the ingredients, cleaning, or taking orders. We were greeted with a smile when our orders were taken and got our food usually within a few minutes of ordering. Indoor and outdoor seating are both available though with the heat this summer we stuck to the indoors. Nice change of pace from the usual sub and tex mex fast food places we frequent in the harbor.

Adequate food and service. Went on a Sunday evening with no high expectations for something quick to eat. As soon as I arrived, the server told me they were out of most types of noodles, leaving only two or three options. I ended up having dinner linguine, and it was just fine, nothing special. The place wasn’t very clean and the prices are reasonably high, considering what you get, so this brings the star rating down. Overall, fine for a quick bite, but there are better options around.

I was very disappointed with this location. Only one cashier to place orders over the phone and in person. The food was warm and the heap of cheese on top refused to melt. My shrimp Pesto Cavatappi didn’t even have a tint of green and the bowl was tiny for $ 10. I feel like this location is lackluster and disappointing. The Coke machine was nothing special. I thought they were all the same but I was wrong. They are supposed to have special flavorings to add to every drink but only the Hi-C had multiple flavorings. The Coke machines that I come across, if I want a strawberry Sprite I can have that if I please because they offer different flavor bursts. If I want to create a different flavored Fanta I can do so. I RARELY drink soda unless I’m craving a go at the Coke machine. Maybe once a year. That’s saying something because I’m a Pepsi girl. I just like the customization.

I’m basing this off a one time experience. They’re noodles are delicious, they don’t have much of a variety though. I tried the Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine, eh. it was alright. Nothing I would order again. The buttered noodles… is a different story. I’ve never had such great buttered noodles in my life! And I am being completely honest! You can add meat if you’d like and a side salad for $ 1. And you can choose the size regular or small for your meal! The one I wouldnt try is Pad Thai — do you think it’s actually good? – Tried the Pesto Cavacciri? I know that word is completely wrong but i’ll admit — too lazy to look it up. Dish was so on point that I bought another to go! Potstickers, luckily I only bought 3. You can either get 6 or 3. Basically like flatbread with some veggies? I don’t think it even had meat in it? I don’t know — either way, don’t waste your money.
