I actually haven’t been here in a couple of years since I moved out of state, but I’d recommend this place to anyone.
My car was on the fritz, they were honest with me when giving me the quote for repair — suggested I put that money towards a new car.
Didn’t have that money regardless. Got a call back about an hour later letting me know they could Jerry-​rig the issue around the heater (that needed replacing) for $ 100.
Gave me enough time to buy a new car before winter

I have used the repair shop a handful of times and have always been impressed. First, its hard to complain about a repair shop that you can walk home from! I have had my car towed here twice, once for grinding breaks that they were able to repair without replacing the rotors and a second time for the starter. Both times the prices were regional (I checked around) and the repairs were done very quickly. I have also brought a vehicle here for issues with the transmission and they quickly let me know that the vehicle needed to go to a transmission shop, recommended a good place, and didn’t charge me. I will use their services again.

Drive a few miles further, it will be worth your while. Don’t trust your vehicle or your wallet here. Some of the staff very nice, but the proprietor, that’s another story. Avoid this place at all costs.

Shop is knowledgeable… however communication and service is slow… they never call to tell me what’s up with the car… made an appointment for repair on a Monday for Wednesday service… they didn’t even look at it on Wednesday!!! I had to stop and call several times to see what was the problem with the car… even after 6 when shop was closed… and they couldn’t tell me and had to stop back the next morning. Not anywhere close to acceptable!

I recently went here to fix a tire. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes during my lunch break. Total cost was $ 22. Definitely Recommend.

Brought my Nissan Rogue here with a nail in the tire. It was patched and remounted within 10 minutes and pretty cheap too at only $ 22! After worrying that I would have to replace the $ 200 tire, I was ecstatic to find such an easy, cheap fix. The service was honest and timely. Maybe I will venture back for an oil change someday…

$ 36 to mount and balance a tire. My old shop charged $ 17. Even the large corporate places charge around $ 20. I like supporting my local businesses, but no need to waste my money. I’ll be recommending my old shop from here on.

Driving back to Baltimore, we had a flat tire. I changed out the flat tire with the spare tire in the trunk. Drove back to the City to get to work. I did not want to venture outside the City to get it repaired. Gerry’s Tires is a large business on Central Avenue. The guy who answered that phone was rude and said that I had to leave the car all day to fix a flat tire. At work, I asked a colleague if HE knew of a reliable place within the surrounding neighborhood to fix a flat. The Shell station on Fleet Street. I buy gas there. Never gave a thought of tire repair. ‘Chris’ said that his wife went there to get a flat tire repaired. Took 10 minutes. With that advice, I drove over to the Shell Fleet Street station. The kind young lady behind the counter said ‘drive it around back to Bay #3.’ The wonderful guy with the red hair goatee (I have red hair, too) fixed the flat, removed the spare tire, installed the fixed tire… all, within 10 minutes. $ 22 bucks. What a fantastic neighborhood service to have near my house. Baltimore is great. –Jay

The service team is great!
I happened to drop off my problematic Audi many times at the last minute with some weird problem, and they always manged to fix it in a fast and honest way.
Way better than those thieves at the Audi Dealer (bad review will follow for them).
If possible, it’s better to book for service. Sometimes they get a little busy with work.
