This course should be called Mt. Unpleasant. My group just made the turn in 3h 20min. The pro shop told us they were «short staffed» on course marshals, yet the one we’ve seen out here hasn’t said a single thing to us or another group all day. He just rides around waving at folks. Good job if you can get it. To make matters worse, I’ve only seen the beverage cart once in ten holes.
To their credit, the pro shop offered us a rain check for the back nine, but really, they should be doing something to actively speed up play. I won’t be returning.
