Honestly the greatest McDonald’s I’ve been to. Open late AND great. Thanks for dedicated service, friendly smiles, and that special something ;) Update: Amazing every time. Highly suggested

Food here is a solid 3… but everything else brings it down a notch Pros –gets your order/special requests/food modifications right –encourage you to get the meals instead of just the sandwich/burger by being a good 20 – 30 cents cheaper for a value meal than other area McDonald’s Cons –not renovated like most of the McDonald’s in the area –slow over the counter service –slow drive through –a bit pricey for most items, since it’s Baltimore city –very, very sketch neighborhood and clientele –spotty wi-fi

This place is TERRIBLE! The wait is always ridiculously long and you can see all the people in front of you handing their orders back to be corrected. Additionally, I came here at 10:35 one day(they start serving lunch at 10:30), and ordered some lunch. The woman stated, «Oh we aren’t serving lunch yet.» I replied, «Oh… uh, I thought you guys started at 10:30?» She said, «Ya. We do. We jus ain’t ready yet.» ummmmm… okkkk? The point of McDonald’s is consistency. The only thing consistent about this location is the rude employees and the constant order errors.

Run down Mickey D. Slow service in a bad neighborhood and typical McGarbage.

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through line at 10:30 at night, I get to the window and the lady says, «We ain’t got no hamburger meat, only McChicken meat… do you want that?». No, I don’t. By the way, there is no such thing as McChicken meat… seriously. This is not my first run in with the McDonalds on Greenmount. Previously I’ve waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes or more while the restaurant was open before they closed after I had already ordered and would not fulfill my order. Am I really to believe that McD’s is out of hamburger on a regular night in the city… especially when I can see a so called«manager» sitting eating a big mac through the window. Literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Worse than a third world country. When I asked the girl in the window what took so long tonight she said, «I don’t make the rules at night.». This was Tuesday 3⁄11 at 10:30. The question had nothing to do with rules, but a gap in service to which a customer deserves a non-snide response. 0 stars… consistently the most terrible on earth. The whole planet.

Really Mcdonalds No orange juice and it’s not even 8am. This so not good. And to top it off this time I asked for a mcmuffin and when I got to work it was a darn biscuit in the bag. Last time I went here they had no biscuits. SMH
