A magical place in Fell’s Point. I was walking down the street when I heard soul music coming out of a building. there was a disco ball and the shiny sparkles drew me in. Being new to the area, I walked in expecting a record store of some type but instead found an upbeat, soulful art gallery. His mosaic pieces are masterful and Loring Cornish’s story is inspirational (ask and he will tell). I am mystified that he turned this entire loft/​home into a work of art through his pieces. Just beautiful.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Fells Point for the first time today, and we stopped in this amazing gallery. We got to speak to the artist; which was an awesome experience. I would definitely purchase a piece from him. Loring Cornish’s art gallery is a must see if you are in Fells Point!

A must see in Fells Point. You will get a kick out of roaming from floor to floor in this gallary of some of the most unique pieces you have ever seen. The owner is this really fun guy who runs around in very little clothing telling the best stories. I really enjoyed myself in here.
There are a lot of mosiac pieces, some sculptures, and some inspirational. The pieces are reasonably priced and he is willing to do custom work.
Well worth your time.

Got to support this local Baltimore artist. I purchased a table and 4 chairs from him a few years ago and the work is just stunning… I’ve been a fan ever since. The gallery is great to visit. There are wall hangings, montages and more mosaic work then you could ever imagine. The owner and artist, Loring Cornish, is a really lovely man. His house in Druid Hill Park is entirely covered in Mosaic tile. and he puts a great deal of emotion into all his work. Definitely worth a visit. And be sure to buy something because the prices are reasonable too.

I LOVE THIS GALLERY! I just happened upon it while walking around in Fells Point one evening and was mesmerized by Mr. Cornish’s incredible talent for mixing colors, textures and whimsy. There are many pieces that are clearly display pieces… his telephone filled shower stall and coin lined toilet for example :-) But there are plenty of pieces that are moderately priced ($ 45) and just gorgeous. I was struck by what great gifts some of his pieces would make for a wedding or a special occasion as they are truly one of a kind. One of my favorite pieces was a table he’s made that would be gorgeous in a house! Also, I think sometimes with stained glass, you need to have the right place for it so that the light shines through and shows it off. And there are plenty of pieces that fit that bill. However, he has some great pieces that look wonderful against a wall… so no backlight needed to show their proper brilliance. I’d highly recommend this little gem in Fells Point. It’s obvious Mr. Cornish has a real passion for what he’s doing (he was working out on the sidewalk in front of his place) and I can’t wait to go back again and see what else he’s created for our viewing pleasure! Stop in… you won’t be disappointed!!!
