Cons:
If you don’t have a particular tech in mind they give you to someone who no one else wants. I’ve been twice for different services that neither tech could do properly.
Today, I got a gel fill in that was done so horribly that when I got home to take the off they were sticking to my skin. Yes, she cured my gel fill onto my skin. I asked her to address several issues with my nails and while she tried, she didn’t do any better. The manager came after I requested him four times. He was not helpful. He blamed everything on me, despite another tech explaining to him that she heard my request and they were not met. I had one nail that was lifting. She ripped up 8 of them. This was by far the worst nail shop experience I’ve ever had. This is why I steer clear of anything at Mondawmin.
My nails are damaged now.
