First of all the hotel is in Rosedale, NOT Baltimore, so Your GPS will have a tough time getting you here. However, Sam, at the front desk has the patience of a saint so he will help you find the place.(Signage at the driveway would help too). The room had an old holiday Inn kinda feel, but was very clean. There was a coffee maker in the room, missing its cover for the water well, but it was nice to make a cup. Rated on the bed alone it would’ve been a 4 or 5. Super Comfortable and the pillows too. I’d stay here again. The good far out weighed the bad.

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about staying here. I need not have worried. I opted for the lowest price point so I didn’t get the microwave or mini-fridge. I did get a clean room with a comfortable bed. The room was well furnished and everything was in great condition. The free Wi-Fi worked like a charm on my laptop and tablet. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center and has easy access to the internet. The next time I’m in the area, I will be sure to stay here again.

Business travelers need WIFI, but this La Quint doesn’t have it. Or at least not WIFI that works. I tried connecting an iPhone, iPad and a laptop. Nothing would work. The surly guy at the front desk would not re-boot the modem and router. Instead gave a number to call for help. Nonsense. Fortunately my iPhone has hotspot as a feature and I connected to that instantly. Other problems: Terrible«breakfast.» End up going to MacDonalds. The hotel is severely dated; needs rehab. Room wall thin … noisy room.

Do NOT stay here. We lost our key and the girl at the front desk didn’t ask for identification when issuing a new key. She just asked our room number… punched it into the key maker and handed us the key. VERY unsafe. This hotel is gross. When we checked in, the girl at the front desk didn’t ask for identification to confirm the reservation. We had a dog and she put us on the 4th floor directly across from the elevator which is very distracting to a sleeping dog. Just careless. Also, the drain in the shower didn’t work at all… completely clogged. Very disgusting hotel. Not a newly renovated La Quinta.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They clearly have mold problems because I have never sneezed and been more stuffed up in my life. Even my cat was sneezing a lot and her eyes we’re bothering her. It’s nasty in the hallways and the rooms are not much better. It says it’s nonsmoking but I feel like they just tell you what you want to hear. DONOTSTAYHERE!

If your expectations are one of the newly renovated LaQuintas. This is not it!!! Don’t stay here, don’t bother, your disgust is duly noted! I like LaQuinta, I have stayed at them coast to coast for years. I guess I just don’t understand why Baltimore area renovations haven’t happen into the Baltimore area. No Soft pillow top bed, coffee maker is a tiny pod gremlin, no refrigerator, no microwave(I was told some rooms had those fascinating appliances people love when traveling especially to get my diet coke I bought for driving cold without the ice hassles until tomorrow) Basically not wat I asked for or expected from LQ. Fail!

Don’t stay here, it’s not worth saving money!!! I arrived and they put me in a no smoking room, it reeked of smoke. The hallways looked old and dirty and the elevator was the same. They moved me right away to another room, which was a bit cleaner. However late that night I had someone pounding on my door and trying to break into my room because she thought her boyfriend was in here… he was staying across the hall. Lucky me. I called the front desk and someone came up to quiet her down. But a while later, she was back, as we’re the other two people involved. They continued to yell, knock on doors, and make a lot of noise. It was almost midnight, I called the desk again and told them to call the police. They didn’t, but someone came up and got the people to leave. To top it off, this morning after I had breakfast downstairs, I couldn’t use the elevator because it was down for maintenance or something. This place is horrible, I am moving to another hotel.

Bugs! Left my prepaid stay after one night and fled to a Hampton Inn. I’ll sic the office on Expedia to recover their money. Looked okay on the surface.

The inn is ok for the budget minded. The room is small and the bathroom is at least clean. The free internet service and free breakfast are reasons why it the inn gets two stars. One good point is that there’s a shopping strip with a Walmart, McDonalds, Home Depot, Marshalls, etc. directly across the street. But venturing out during the evening hours may not be the safest thing to do. I would not recommend this inn to friends.
