Usually when I take my daughter to Kool Smiles, the employees are always so nice, but this time when I took her, there was this one employee who was just rude. How can you work with young kids when you don’t even have the patience. My daughter was a little upset when we about to leave because everytime we are finish, they give her her bag and a toy. This time she didn’t get that so she was a little upset. My daughter is only 3 by the way she was about to cry. The employee asks my daughter,“you want a toy, let’s get a toy. I don’t know why you’re crying.” She wasn’t even joking. She looked like she just couldn’t take working where she was at.

After spending over 40 minutes on hold, i finally used the website to make an appointment for a tooth extraction. The soonest appointment they could do isn’t until December. TALK ABOUT A LACK OF SERVICE. Oh and they called me right back after using the make an appointment tool on the site. But i was still on hold on the phone.

In one word «HORRIBLE » we were there for 2 hours for a 2 minute check up. It takes them less than 1 minute to clean my kids teeth and even less for the Dr to look at them and add fluoride. So why does it take 2 hours. Ridulous!!!
