Super cute coffee shop. If you come here when the weather is nice, they have a back patio area that has seating and water fountains… so relaxing.

Pretty chill place with reasonably priced coffee and unique gourmet sandwiches. The atmosphere is very laid back, with lots of comfortable seating and places to plug in your electronics. I had the chai latte which could have been served a bit hotter, but still tasted good and was topped with fresh nutmeg. Very cozy spot to chill on a cold fall day.

I love this fun, quirky, and delicious coffee shop walking distance from my apartment! When I make the walk five minutes to get chai from Koffee Therapy rather than take one minute to make my Nespresso coffee, you know that they have something special going on. I’m not just talking about the charming furniture and décor that makes you want to settle in for a while with a good book. The people who work here are so sweet and know what to make you without you having to ask! For instance, I told them I like spicy, and they definitely took care to give my breakfast sandwich that special«kick.» They are helpful while being unassuming and always really happy to see you! It’s always great to see coffee shop employees utilizing their own product well :)

Coffee and food are decent, but not spectacular. Indoor seating is a bit crammed and a little uncomfortable. Outdoor seating area seemed nice, though. Similar to another reviewer, my experience was somewhat soured by the sarcastic and slightly hostile banter and tendency toward oversharing among staff. I guess they’re bored behind the counter, but it seemed ill-fitting for a place with«therapy» in its name. I’d recommend bringing headphones. I wanted to like it, but I think I’ll stick with Mt Vernon’s other coffee shops.

Been here several times because I really wanted to like it. The comfy living room setting and free WiFi is very cool, as is the proximity to some other fun Mt. Vernon spots. The coffee is very good, no doubt, and MUCH better than Starbucks. However, the gentleman who says he owns it/barista shared controversial and personally annoying remarks several times. I usually don’t mind conversation or even a good debate but when you assume my politics and opinions based on how I look or dress, and when you can’t read my «Pained/please stop talking» facial expressions, I have to avoid you and your place. A small business is not where I go for my news, reality check, or assumptions on life. Not a bad place but there are several other good options in the Mt Vernon area for coffee without commentary.

Comfy Chairs? Check Cheap &YUMMY drinks? Check Plenty of Outlets? Check Free Wifi? Check Hipster Vibe? Check Perfect place to study, only downside is that they close pretty early at 5pm. The outdoor area is SO cute and their drinks are top notch. Try the Mocha if you can, it’s amazing.
