Maybe if the employees would put there phone away we would not have to wait 10min for regular and 15min for crispy at 4:40 in the after noon. The seating is dirty, every table has crumbs or trash on it. It’s not like there slammed, there is two guy just standing around waiting for the chicken to be ready to serve. I can see into the manger office, they are just sitting there doing something on the computer and every minute or so they grab there cell to check something. Now I was just told there out of baked beans and would be 25 minutes. There is one employee working the drive thru, he has the order head set on and white earbuds on under them. I can see him pressing the pause button between taking an order or two in the time I have been waiting. He has also had time to go out and smoke but not go wipe a table or two. There is one employ Lucas running around handling a lot of stuff, thumbs up to him. Never once saw him check a phone. Lisa at the register is ok but her cell phone is next to her with ear pub plugged in. Oh my food is ready, oh no it’s not they tried to give me my order with someone else’s. Now there rechecking I got it right. I have not been to a KFC in a year I think it will be another year before I come back to this one. The food was hot and satisfactory. When we got here there are two order ahead of us and two behind.

They always have something out of stock and it takes for ever to get the food. The staff is loud and obnoxious and talk about non work related topics and curse out loud. The service is okay I guess.

While the staff is nice, it can take forever to get your food. Sometimes it feels they’ve forgotten about the«Fast» in Fast Food. The chicken is good. But the corn tastes like it’s old. And that’s when they have it. Plus they always seem to be waiting for chicken. 20 – 30 minutes sometimes. I prefer Royal farms chicken anyway.
