Kathy Stone was the seller’s agent when I purchased my home several months ago. She single-​handedly nearly sunk the entire sale several times, threatening to re-​list the home if we did not use her in-​house title company, etc. Extremely unethical behavior (if not illegal), for which we haven’t gotten around to reporting her to the relevant professional association and BBB. I have never reviewed any professional before, online or otherwise. But Kathy is truly deserving of negative, public feedback. Do not use her.
