I like the Jimmy Jazz store but the staff in the location inside mondawmin mall on 2÷11÷15 at 3:40PM is horrible… i only went there because they had the shoes i wanted. They mineswell put the shoes on the shelf, let you try them on and take them to the register yourself and pay for them since you have to find an associate to help you. after standing for about 15 minutes after entering the store i had to go find sales rep JOI who was having a conversation with two other females employees and say excuse me can you assist me she says what you need i said a pair of shoes off the wall… Jimmy Jazz you have to do better…
