My experience at this store was exceptional. Very nice collection and a wide variety of options. Paul was very helpful and attentive to me, and offered several pieces of advice. He specifically made my experience one to remember.

I’d give it a 5, but they never have Wallace and Barnes line. It’s 90% of what I buy from jcrew, so I always need to shop online.
Pleassseeeee start stocking higher end items :)

The menswear here is LEAGUES better than that offered at the mall in Towson, is on the same footing as the J. Crew in Tyson’s Corner, and is a bit more sparse than that available at the J. Crew in Georgetown. Specifically, the suit selection here is a bit sparse — they only really feature the Ludlow cut and a handful of ties.
If you don’t plan to make a D.C. trip any time soon, this is a fine alternative for most purposes.
