I took a beginner class last winter and am hooked! The movement is both a lovely dance and a conversation between players, but the song, music, and community are also a part of the total experience. I highly recommend taking a class to children and adults alike.

I set up a workshop for a children’s group that my son participates in. The workshop was excellent! They boys were given a lesson in the history of Capoeira and well as learned about the traditional instruments and movements. The workshop was very interactive and educational. The boy really enjoyed themselves and still are talking about it. My son is now wanting learn more about it and takes classes! Great job!
