I visited IHL yesterday to view a «small» unit. It was a pretty good size for me. Each unit is unique so viewing all the units coming available is good idea. I love the exposed brick and the downtown setting. Parking is an issue $ 160 per month to park in the garage across the street. The high ceilings are great and it has plenty of natural light in the unit I viewed. They have a fitness center it’s ok for a person that isn’t really into fitness. I know I will need to find a gym for my weight lifting but I cardio can be done there. I didn’t notice any bad cell home reception. Let’s see… the elevators are pretty small and old. I would like to find out if tenants could access the roof if so that’ll be great. No pets so that’s a plus for me. If I like my stay at IHL I will try my best to move into a unit that has hardwood floor as soon as it’s available. Now I need to do some research on the surrounding area for food and fun.
