I broke my phone on Saturday, it’s Tuesday now. I contacted Ken numerous times to schedule an appointment (I had to call from work, skype and my friend’s phone). I even left him a few voice messages. Needless to say, he never returned my call and I had to be inconvenienced until my phone was repaired a few days later. I got my phone repaired at PhoneAid located at 1442 Light Street instead because Ken never got back to me. If the company states that they are open everyday as early as 730AM, then they should keep their word. What a disappointment.

After breaking my iPhone 4S, Ken met me at my office while I was working and fixed my phone within 20 minutes. It’s as good as new. He was personable, friendly and very professional. I have recommended him to all of my friends!
