Geekatoo Tech Support

Two nights ago, Windows updated. When I logged on in the morning, I couldn’t access my Chrome home screen (it was barely visible but all the way over to the left and I couldn’t drag it). So I uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled it. Thought I got that working only to find out there was a shit ton of malware on the computer. I removed some but had one program I couldn’t get rid of. So I did an online chat with Geekatoo. They processed a ticket for me and a few minutes later, they had someone take control of my computer remotely and they did a total wipe of the computer. Completely got rid of the malware and the computer is faster than ever.
Moral of the story, if you are ever looking for cheap, excellent computer repair and support (and they do much more… audio/​video set up, home theater set up, wifi, smartphones, tablets, printers and more), I would HIGHLY recommend Geekatoo!
