Awesome! These guys are great! I smashed my iPhone screen and they came the next day! Not only that, they come right to where you are and fixed it in 20 min! Friendly and knowledgable and charged an affordable rate in lieu of me having to buy a new iPhone! Mine was only 4 months old! Gr8 job guys!

Not even sure how I found this place, but boy am I glad I did. Jon the owner is super friendly, didn’t give me any dirty looks when I brought in my busted laptop, fixed it same day, and charged much less than two other places quoted me. Thanks.

I broke the screen on my s3 a few months back(no, I didn’t have a case and no, I didn’t get the insurance, but thanks for pointing those things out to me because that always makes people feel better) and looked around for someone who could fix it. The LCD worked fine but the glass was a mess. I was living in Hawaii at the time and the cheapest places I found were going to set me back about 200 bucks — ouch. I was set to live with the phone a hot mess and had even toyed with the idea of trying to replace the glass myself(watched the youtube videos a ton of times, read a lot of posts about it, priced the glass and decided that I was only going to f it up more). Then we moved back here and I saw the geeks for hire living social deal but it didn’t apply to my phone. I called anyway and the guy I spoke with had the color glass I wanted and said come on by. Glad I did. The«store» is a hole. Really, in the basement on 2400 block of St. Paul Street across from the Safeway. Seemed sketchy but heck for $ 80.00 I was all in. The hours are a bit odd but actually work well for those who have jobs — open late(noon) and stay open late(till 8 I think). The accept cash or credit which is nice. Left the phone for about an hour, returned and it looked great. You could tell there was a difference(there was/is a small space under the glass where the original adhesive was). I was happy to pay. When I got home I noticed that the sensitivity was not right — harder to text and the phone was acting odd and making life difficult(I know, first world problem, whatever, I live in the 1st world so those are the problems I am going to have). I decided to bring it back and see if they could help. Here’s my deal — every place will eventually make mistakes, need to correct them or what ever. The places I like are those who are willing to do what’s right so the customer is happy. I get that. I’ve done that. I appreciate that. These guy’s kept the phone for about 45 minutes and when I returned they said that the new glass had a crack it in and they replaced the new glass with newer glass. They did a nice job and the sensitivity is now back! I am happy. I am sure that others will have different experiences. Some will be good, some will need to be made right and a few might be bad. I am just sayin’ that for me, these guy’s did the job and didn’t blink when I came back and needed something. If/when I break the glass again, or when kid #1 breaks her iPhone glass I will take it here. And yes, I got the case now. In fact I was a little surprised that Geeks didn’t sell cases — they don’t sell much(cat 5 cables and HDMI cables is all I saw). I would have got one from them but you know, Cross street market does the deal. Good luck
