DONOTEATHERE. I went the this food truck while it was parked on Baltimore Street across from the UMMC hospital. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had eating at a food truck. I went with my father around 12:20 pm on a Monday. We were in a bit of a hurry and it looked like a decent menu with no line. We both ordered the chicken pocket. We proceeded to wait over 25 minutes to be served. We were the only customers there. 3 phoned in orders were completed and picked up while our food hadn’t even been started. We were not given a discount or any explanation after complaining about the wait. It was 12:45 by the time our food came out and since my lunch break ended at 1 pm, no lunch for me. Mid afternoon I finally had a chance to sit down and eat my meal. It was mediocre at best. Way over priced at around $ 8 per chicken pocket. And to top it all off, there was a twist tie in my food. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very disappointed! Over priced and the only thing home made is the burgers. Almost $ 7 for chili cheese fries, $ 2 for some generic half & half, the burger was good. I definitely won’t be going back!

Definitely a no-go if you are in a hurry… Visited this food truck on July 31, 2014 at noon when it was outside JHU. I took the line outside of the truck to be a sign of amazing food and service… I was wrong! The order taking was very slow and I was asked to repeat my order several times. I asked for a Windsor Burger(beef, blue cheese, sweet chili sauce, no onions) and a Chicken Pocket(minus the onions and tomatos) with an order of fries. And I proceeded to wait… and wait… It’s called«Four Brothers» but only two were there so maybe that was the problem… We, along with the rest of the crowd, waited 25 minutes for our food. While we waited, I noticed that neither the individual taking orders– who also helped with food prep– or the cook were wearing any gloves or anything– and would go from handling pens and paper and cash to handling bread and condiments. When I did get our order, the fries were in the box with the burger(they were ordered with the pita pocket). And while the food was decent tasting– the order was WRONG. The pita pocket had BOTH onions and tomatoes(which we asked to omit), and the burger had American cheese and a pepper relish, not blue cheese and chili sauce. Usually I choose a food truck as an alternative to JHU cafeteria food… but won’t be returning to 4 Brothers!

I tried Four Brothers’ Burger and my wife had the pocket, both were mouth watering GOOD! I don’t get why the other reviewers said such negative things. We had a wonderful experience and the two brothers were super nice!

Just not what I am used to… The experience itself was painfully slow, chaotic, confusing! Co-works and I took a stroll over to the corner and we saw this new food wagon dubbed«four brothers.» A quick glance between this and the snack sack and we were here. Ordered a «chicken box,» which was missing the ketchup, pepper, hot sauce(or mombo for DC style) and took well over 35 minutes to be prepared, bagged and finally handed over. As for the chicken itself it was dry and resembled a shake and bake flavoring without the actual seasoning. The chicken was not fully cooked in roughly 3 of the 6 wings, so I ate 2 which were done and tried snacking on their fries — bad idea. The fries were cold from sitting, sougy, and not what I was expecting… 2 stars.

(12/05/2012) We love food from trucks! Tried the Crab Cake Sandwich($ 10.00) and Chicken Pocket($ 8.50) for lunch today outside of the Metro stop. Crab cake was on the salty side, evidence of lots of dried parsley and celery seed; cake was moist, had a few lumps(not really the all-lump as advertised) about 4 oz., not bad for a $ 10 crab cake. Chicken Pocket(choice of fried or grilled, got the fried) was half a 6-inch whole wheat pita stuffed with lettuce, tomato, melted American cheese, chopped fried chicken cutlet, and«special sauce»(think Thousand Island without the pickle relish); sandwich was warm, gooey, heavily dressed, and all right. Menu at the truck was limited to mostly deep fried foods(shrimp, fries, chicken fingers), 3 types of «pocket» sandwiches(fish, beef, chicken), and a few varieties of hot sandwiches(burgers, turkey burgers, chicken cutlets, cheesesteaks). Convenient if they pull right up to your door, but you might consider more creative options if there are other trucks around.
