I can’t say enough about how helpful Natalie was when I called into to report rats in my new home. She took me through all I needed to know, then sent out her technician Chris who was polite, helpful, and just plain awesome to have in my house helping me through a very stressful rodent infestation. My wife and I feel like we are in great hands, and highly recommend FPC!

I was so happy to find Fells Pest Control. We recently discovered some extremely unwelcome holes under our back patio & so after reading positive reviews & seeing that Fells was located in the city I decided to give them a call. I initially had to leave a voice mail on Friday which to me is a good sign — they are busy:). Natalie called me back within the hour & was super helpful. She asked several questions to make sure they were going to come «armed» with sufficient ammo, the affected area was not where my tiny dog would have access, etc. She tried to get a technician out that same day but they were so busy it wasn’t going to be humanly possible; however, she said my tech (Chris) had offered to come out on Saturday morning, even though they don’t typically work on weekends!!! I was so impressed. She explained that the tech would come out for follow ups every 2 weeks to refill the boxes & re-​dust & would reassess after 6 weeks. The best part … They offer a 1 year guarantee!
Chris arrived on time & with a smile on Saturday AM, checked the problem area & quickly went to work. He was even able to open an old Terminix bait box that had been there for God knows how long & removed their bait & replaced with theirs. He dusted under the patio & said he will screen it once the situation is under control & then it can be sealed up. He checked the rest of my alley, my patio, etc. He was so thorough & really knows his stuff!!!
Sure, the bait boxes have attracted the rats but I’m more at ease knowing that just means that just means more of the population will be taken care of.
In conclusion, if you have an issue with unwanted pests & prefer a local family-​owned company that has been in business for 40+ years & actually CARES about their customers, call them!!!

I own a row home in the Canton section of Baltimore. Unfortunately, I have been battling a rodent issue over the last year. I spent thousands of dollars with other exterminators and had reoccurring issues. To make matters worse, the home is a rental property and I have been dealing with this issue from a distance. Eventually, I was referred to Fell’s Pest Control. I wish that I would have met them sooner. Bill and his wife Natalie are extremely professional, reliable, responsive and they have continually followed up to ensure that they solved the issue. I highly recommend their services.

Great service. I had wrote not such a great review because of a misunderstanding on my part. Once I had them come out to do the work I was very impressed with the friendliness of the employee and how thorough he was… I would recomend this company to everyone I know!!!
