This place is awful. My experience was much like another reviewer’s here. I called and spoke to someone. Made an appointment for two days later. No one showed. No one called.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place blows.

I called to have a sectional sofa hauled away. I was given a fair estimate and agreed to have the sofa removed. We scheduled for the next day, I gave my husband’s number and we were good to go. They never showed up for the scheduled time, nor did we receive a phone call. I called last night and left a message and no one has called back either. I don’t know how businesses can stay in business when they just don’t show up or call.

Bruce gave me a fair deal and did a good job. I had a very large job (concrete hauling), and even though it was more difficult than expected and took an additional day, he came back as soon as he could and stood by his original estimate. I’ll gladly hire him again next time.
