Stopped in to get a pumpkin iced latte. It was pretty empty for a Sunday afternoon. Place was pretty clean. I needed to use the bathroom. Bathroom was pretty clean until it was time to flush the toilet. Something pretty nasty was on the handle so I had to actually use some toilet paper to be able to flush the toilet. They need to improve the cleanliness in the bathroom. I would have given them 4 stores until this happened. The staff was pretty friendly and my latte was delicious.

I NEVER write reviews, however, after multiple encounters at this establishment I had to write one. This Dunkin Donuts is the absolute WORST!!! If you value your time and sanity, save yourself the frustration and go to a different location. They don’t care about the customers waiting, never have enough staff, and will mess up your order EVEN if you call ahead and place it to give them more time to get it right. Coffee is luke warm at best 99% of the time and they think they are doing you a favor by making more. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER patronize this establishment again. They get ZERO stars from me, but the lowest I can give them here is one. What a shame…

Always busy and seems to just have one line open (always). That’s why they are so slow. They do make my coffee right most of the times.

INSANELY slow. The past two times I went there, it took over 10 minutes to get a coffee, due to the fact that there was only one person working there; the second time, I just left after waiting. Perfectly nice people (or PERSON), but they need more help.
