Great park just over the county line in Parkville/Baltimore. Hidden in an urban neighborhood is the park with trails, a run, even small waterfalls. There is baseball, picnicking and a community garden. About 3 miles from Hamilton Lauraville. For trail runners… you can mix it up and get in a 30 minutes but can loop around and lengthen. Great find.

Parks! Yay! This one is amazing with great trails for hiking, running and exploring, with an awesome river running through the entire thing. Once spring decided to show up, this was a wonderful place to be. Will be back for more.

This park is quiet, clean and oh man the streams are beautiful. You will find out why it’s called ‘Double Rock’ once you take a hike through the woods. My bf and I come here often to just ‘take a hike’ or eat takeout outdoors. If you are a tree lover, like me, you’ll find Double Rock peaceful. I love taking pictures of the various places throughout the park. If you want to reserve a pavilion, you must contact Baltimore County in order to rent it. Happy Hiking!
