Staff is nice. Check in is quick and efficient.
Rooms are decent for the price, slightly run down. The hallways smell like smoke even if you are in a non-​smoking floor. Rooms include microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.

The location is great and around 3 malls all within walking distance. There is plenty of places to eat and ample parking on the premise.
The interior of the place is of an India theme, which makes sense since this property is individually owned operated. If you have never been around an Indian culture you won’t get the smell when you first get in there.
The room was ok, their desk was a small table that was too high to even put a computer on and sit at. They had two recliners which sat low to the ground and didn’t match the height of the desk. The bed was a typical hotel bed, not comfy but not too uncomfortable. Cable TV is very limited to under 30 channels.
One thing I highly recommend is do not use
or prepay for this hotel. They will not refund you for nights you do not stay there even when your plans change. I booked for 7 nights and when I had to leave early after 3 nights they still charged me for the 4 nights because they claim all prepays are non-​refundable because you get a discount.
As far as customer service the GM for the place feels their employees are perfect and that when they tell a customer to do something and they do it, only to find out after it was the wrong thing, their explanation to their customer is «if they told you to jump off a bridge would you listen». The GM is very rude and will never admit the customer is right and their employees are never at fault.
