We went to Cuisinart’s Mediterranean restaurant in Anguilla, BWI, and were we disappointed! We had been there in the past and remembered excellent salads from their hydroponic garden. On this visit the lobster salad had withered, overdressed greens that appeared to have been stored in a container for a few days. The lobster was rubbery and perhaps even spoiled. Good bye Cuisinart’.
