The portion size was small and it was definitely over price. I got the Brazilian steak bowl and it was overpriced and the raspberry tea was tart.

They just recently reopened this location, it was moved to make way for a fitness club. I used to go to the previous one all the time and always had a good experience. I wish I could say the same for the reopened location. They completely changed the layout, and depending what you want, you have to go to multiple lines to order and pay. The old location was very streamlined, you ordered and paid in one stop, got your number and sat right down. With the new layout, it’s confusing as to where you need to go. Also, I remember the service being much better and the people being friendlier. When your order, they write it down on a paper twice and tear it in half for you to use to pay. How is this efficient? The old store automatically printed a ticket in the back. I will say that I lie the new décor, and the atmosphere is great. The decorators did a fantastic job, I just wish the layout and flow was more streamlined.

ehhh I remember this place being much better in high school. So far I have tried to steak gorgonzola melt which was heavy on the blue cheese and light on the steak and also the Caribbean chicken with spaghetti squash bowl, again light on the protein and that spaghetti squash had an odd consistency and taste. There was negligible sauce on the bowl so I was just eating dry spaghetti squash and 3 pieces of chicken. the location is well laid out well in the bank of america building and the set up is really efficient and all the people working there are forever helpful and never rude. just doesn’t make up for the laughable portion sizes and ridiculous pricing. $ 7 for what amounts to a half of sandwich is ridiculous. From now on I will just accompany people when they want to go there but they will be getting no more of my money

A lot of my coworkers get food from here and I thought why not. This was my first time here and I only came here because it was convenient(Same building as our office). I ordered the Asian salmon salad. To my surprise, the portion sizes are relatively small, I even choose a whole salad. You have the option to choose a half salad or whole. I ordered the Asian salmon said because the combination of items sounded delicious together, but somehow — cosi managed to mess it up. The salad has pineapple in it, but at most, there were five pineapple pieces smaller and they were the size of a tic tac. The same thing can be said about the carrots — there were only five pieces of shredded carrots in my salad. The seasons brittle in side the salad is too big and doesn’t quite work with the salad. And way too much dressing was used. Overall, my salad was not a salad and more of ‘dressing with some pieces of lettuce and salad chunks on the side.‘ The only positive thing about this place is the flat bread that comes with your salad. You have the choice between a multigrain and white piece. I got the multigrain and was no disappointed. Nicely toasted and the not overwhelmingly buttery. And the bread has a good texture to it(not too thin).

I had the lunch special, pick two items. I chose half sandwich and regular size soup for $ 8.50(that’s with tax included) The broccoli cheddar soup was very good. It could have been served warmer. It seems to get cooler fairly quickly. The chicken pesto sandwich was really good! Served on multi grain flatbread and great flavor. Well worth the $ 8.50

This was my first experience with this chain. I was visiting a friend in Baltimore and decided to grab a bite to eat while he was working. I’m currently living in DC and I’ve seen several of these downtown, so I decided to give it a go. It was okay. I ordered the fire roasted veggie sandwich and got it warm. I liked that all of their sandwiches come on crispy flatbreads, rather than the fluffy mountains of bread on most sandwiches at places like Panera. It was bigger than I expected and it was pretty good. Probably about 4⁄5. I also got their mojito lemonade, which was essentially just limeade. Good, but not what I was expecting. Service was a little slower than I thought it would be, given there were only about three other people there post lunch rush. Also, all of the trashcans were covered up with signs saying they weren’t meant to be used. A little odd, but I tossed my stuff eventually. That being said, it’s something I’ll probably give another go, as it was generally pretty tasty and pleasant.

Yes, I enjoy the food here and based on my other options in the building I like them the best. The flat bread, the tomato basil soup and the TBM are some of my favorite things. However, the service here is almost painful. They get very, very busy but more than once my order has just gotten pushed back while others who came in after me have come and gone. Even ordering online doesn’t seem to solve this issue. Not only was it not ready at my designated pickup time but it they didn’t have the sandwich on my order even though it was clearly stated on the e-mail confirmation I received. As usual, I watched as others came and went while I waited again. To add to it, I just noticed that was actually overcharged on said online order. As for getting a hold of corporate, that number seems to be a more closely guarded secret than the recipe for their flatbread.

By the way I met cosi when I worked in manhattan nyc. I usually chose to lunch in cosi. I was missing it since I moved to Maryland but t alas I found two cosi in the area and do not feel the blues anymore. My favorite foid to eat in cosi is their trademark and one of a kind sandwich flat bread. Cost is the only one that makes this kind of bread. Why don’t you come on in and discover how delicious they make their own Oven handmade bread? Another favorite is their signature salad. This salad made me like to eat salad for the first and paved the way to continue eating one of more one of a kind salad. Cosi signature salad dressing is the one that makes it a world a part of many try hard wanna be good salad.

I ordered my breakfast almost daily and occasionally for lunch too. Love this restaurant and most of workers are super friendly. They know by my names after the first few visits and they do change their seasonal menus. Sean, the general store manager were always smiled and greeted say hello or short conversation. It made you feel welcome. Love the food and service. A couple times they may be slow due to new staff, but overall were very pleased.

Ordered peruvian salad. Huge, fresh, with good flavor with only 381 calories. However, the salad was missing avocado. For those who like dressing on the side, this place is great. Ordered salad as is with dressing and it was perfect, not drenched or too light. Price ok at $ 8.21(with tax). Service was good. Cashier was not unpleasant but could have been friendlier. Timing was good but this is not a place to come if you’re in a hurry. Will def try more items here!

I usually eat here at least three times a week… but after today, NEVERAGAIN. the cashier was untrained, there was no ice available, and to top things off my salmon salad was awful. Where do I begin, wilted greens, brown Lima beans, terrible looking tomatoes, absolutely horrible. I didn’t complain because I got my order to go and had left prior to discovering this terrible salad. The best part of the meal was the free slice of bread I ate when I first entered the restaurant. Sorry Cosi… today’s experience has me wondering what your definition of fresh is.

Went to cosi’s a few times for lunch. They have great salads, sandwich’s, and flat breads. Not the cheapest place in town but the food is high quality.

My first experience with this brand wasn’t really that great. At first the discovery was welcoming, and the fact that it resembled a sandwich shop with a little more than your average Panera Bread influenced me to eat here. Prices were on average to Panera Bread and more than Potbelly. The selections are diverse and somewhat healthy. I went with a pick-two… The layout here has no signage to order from, so I stood awkwardly in front of someone who I couldn’t even tell if they were able to take my order. In a quick rush I tried their tomato basil and italiano sandwich. After a couple awkward moments watching the cashier try to ring up my order, I overhead a «manager»(term used lightly) saying how she was«freaking done with this, I freaking hate this place…» while storming into the back. ah— what? The food took three times longer than the people who ordered carry out after me, and was slightly cold from sitting. The sandwich wasn’t good, and the soup was about the same. 2 stars. Try somewhere else before here.

Good food, good prices. However, the service was incredibly terrible. I was there around 7:30 Monday morning. It was not all busy yet all of the workers were screwing up and could not get any orders right. Customers before me were given the wrong orders and the worker blamed them! I had to tell my order to two different workers because there was no communication between the cashier and the food/coffee prep workers. The workers were all pretty rude and shouting at one another. We won’t be going back.

I love carbs so the bread here is great as well as the pizza. The service could use some work.

I was at a convention next door(yeah yeah guess which one). It’s a Cosi. The pizza is mediocre. The sandwiches tend to be cold and unfulfilling. But the wait is okay and it’s clean.

I was at a convention next door and DYING for a meal so I quickly slipped across the street for a bite to Cosi. I’ve been to many other Cosi’s around the country and have had a myriad of food and service ranging form«pretty good» to «meh…» The service here = pretty good The food = mehhhh They have the calories listed on the menu which i think it what totally ruined my selection. I went in thinking of a flatbread sandwich with mayo and bacon and all the fixins and I would up with a lame-o Shanglai chicken salad. The lettuce was soggy, the chicken was microwaved, but it was only 316 calories! The highlight of my meal were the 7 small crispy Asian noodles scattered on the top. I was going back and forth in my mind between stars… they can’t help that people outside were protesting some sort of union something or another, they can’t help it that I got a lame-o salad when I really wanted something else… the place was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a quick bite for lunch. For that I give 2.75 stars which rounds up to 3… !

The food is great here. The bread is so awesome. The only issue is the service at this location. The staff is worried about talking on the phone or to each other. I waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich the other day and it wasn’t even busy… they guy making the bread there finally realized how long I was waiting and went to check on my order.

I want to give this 5, but the haut image holds me back. This place isn’t very different from Panera Bread, but the staff are stuck up and from what I’ve seen(no offense and not directed to any reviewers here) so are a lot of the people that stop by to eat. I sat in yesterday afternoon with my boyfriend and we were the only ones dressed down while all the business folk sat chatting about charts and economics and the servers gazed at us down their noses. With that said, Steakhouse Salad is succulent and well seasoned. I can’t describe it, besides a blend of greens, onions, house dressing with a hint of vinegar and juicy cuts of steak. I highly recommend it.

Turns out to be a pretty good place to grab some lunch. The menu has sandwiches, soups, pizza, and salads. And even good to eat there cause of the modern design and lighting.
