Even if I am somewhat satisfied with their service, it was upsetting that after I asked for them to tell me the $ amount before they have anything fixed and they agreed to that condition, it was somehow conveniently forgotten, until I was asked to dish out $ 400. I live on a fixed income, sometimes even when things have to be done I would like the decision to be mine, especially if service is not guaranteed.

My wife and I just used their services last weekend when our central AC unit went on the fritz. I called them and the owner was nice enough to walk me through some troubleshooting for free over the phone. After my attempts bore no fruit, a visit was scheduled for the following morning. CAS showed up on time, with parts stocked to fix my AC unit. Turns out if was just a burned out capacitor. They were communicative, honest, on-time and affordable. What more could you ask for with AC repair?
