This is possibly my second time to a Chipotle, but first time in Baltimore. We went during lunch while at the conference, and it was crazy busy with the lines beyond the front door! Though it was busy, I was satisfied with the barbacoa bowl with black beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, spicy salsa, and cheese. Yum! Also, as busy as they were, service was quick and friendly with the environment relatively clean and inviting. I am not a fan per se, but I will definitely go back when pressed for time and a filling meal.

I love Chipotle but today it was awful. I got a rice bowl with chicken and the rice was completely hard it was disgusting. The quality has really gone down since they opened.

I’ve never had an issue with chipotle before but since eating here yesterday afternoon I have been nauseated, cramping, and feverish. I have no idea what they do to their food but I haven’t been this sick from bad food before.

Pretty Good! I normally come here for a quick bite since it’s 3 blocks away from my house. I hated going to the Chipotle at the Inner Harbor because it was sooo slow and totally packed! Chipotle sent me a free coupon for either a burrito, burrito bowl, or tacos. Of course I chose the burrito bowl. Plus the coupon includes double meat so of course I took advantage of it! I ordered white rice, fajitas, double chicken and steak, mild, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guacamole on the side. The cashier told me the guacamole has to be on the bowl in order for it to be free. However; he let me pass this time. In my opinion, what a stupid rule for Chipotle, I didn’t buy any chips, so it’s not like i’m going to have guacamole and chips when I get home lol and even if I did, it’s not impossible to scoop the guacamole from the bowl and put it to the side! Just be aware of this exclusion; they should have it in writing in the fine print area since it’s such a big deal! The food was delicious, I saved half of my burrito bowl for dinner. I mean, this bowl can feed 4 people if you portion it out correctly. I had free lunch and dinner on Chipotle(thank you so much, it’s been an honor) please keep sending coupons lololol :) Overall I will definitely recommend this place to anyone, I can suspect it becomes busy during lunch hour during the week. It’s not really crowded whenever I go, maybe i’m just lucky!

The staff was extra friendly and had great customer service, so no complaints there. But they skimped out on everything. I was disappointed in the fajita which was terribly burnt and extra soggy and the corn salsa was super frozen. Blegh.

This Chipotle location is staffed with lots of incompetent staff members. The fajita veggies were burnt and my chips were stale. Also, the customer service sucks.

This has to be the worst run chipotle I’ve ever stepped into. They ran out of chicken at 2pm and the line turned into 100 deep. Meanwhile there are 12 black uneducated treyvon martins walking around aimlessly who work there

I’ve been to many chipotles, often with larger crowds at lunch, who were able to serve much more quickly. It took about 40 minutes on a Sunday to get through the line. The fajita veggies, ice, and several other items were out of stock. The black beans were running low so the server decided to ration tiny scoops to each customer. I didn’t see any more food items beings made. The staff just seemed content to run out of supplies. The cash register was exceptionally slow as well. This chipotle is located across the street from the convention center, which usually has events on the weekend, bringing in crowds. Tonight happens to be the night of a large concert at the nearby arena. This place should be printing money, but instead they choose to upset customers. That seems like a poor business decision for a company struggling to regain its reputation.

I love Chipotle, but not sure what happened at this location. Had to ask for more lettuce, the steak was chewy and pink/red I couldn’t eat half of it, and the chips tasted exactly like the rice, but way saltier– tasted like they made them with the same water. Really bad. Customer service wasn’t the best, but there was one girl who was nice. Perhaps an impromptu audit might be worth it by management to see how this one fell needs help.

The WORST location in the United States. They were giving people wrong orders. The counter tops were dirty, not clean at all. I eat Chipotle all the time. And I refuse to come back to this location. They even ran out of chips!

This is an update to my previous review after being here multiple times. It seems that the quantities of food items I have been getting are less than not only other locations but also what I was getting previously from this location. Also, the speed of service still hasn’t picked up since my last review. With these in mind I have to lower my rating of this location.

Avoid during lunch hour/long lines. Literally waited 45 minutes in line to be served. The employees here have no sense of urgency or tact. The food doesn’t taste as fresh as most Chipotle locations for whatever reason. Chicken bowl was overly salty, the rice tasted dry, the fajitas were soggy. The guacamole was good though… But how could you possibly screw up guacamole?(knock on wood) Cleanliness of the facility is obviously not a priority because there were dirty tables littered with napkins and crumbs for the entire duration of my wait in line, and even after I got to sit down with my food. I suggest the manager remind his/her employees that it shouldn’t take forever and a day to put together a burrito bowl, close the lid, and charge the customer… Probably should rectify the lack of clean tables as well. Possibly the worst Chipotle location I’ve been to.

Brand new location to Inner Harbor, opened in the old California Tortilla building. I was never a fan of California Tortilla so when I saw a Chipotle was opening close to the Hilton and BCC I was pretty happy. Ate here during both Otakon and Bronycon and both times the line was out the door and almost around the building.(About an hour wait from that point) I’ll chalk that up to people ordering for their room/friends, not the actual staff itself. It’s best to hit this spot on an off hour during a convention. You’ll get much faster service. Food itself is typical Chipotle fare. Seemed pretty fresh and we got larger portions than the locations back home so that was a plus and made the wait seem worth it. Staff are pretty quick to fill orders and had a good system in place to get customers though as quickly as they could.(Again most of our wait was due to other con goers with more than one order, or ones who had special requests) My only issue was we had some problems with people cutting in line and some shady characters hanging around the outdoor seating area, but that’s nothing new for Inner Harbor. If you’re staying at one of the hotels near by, order online and pick it up. Seems like a much faster way to get your food.

I came for dinner because I’m staying downtown on a business trip, and it’s one of those nights where you’re boring, holed up in your hotel room doing work. Well, wedding planning actually, but close enough. I went to the nearest chipotle simply because it’s easy and consistent and vegan-friendly. And this location is also just plain friendly! It was clear I arrived at the calm before the storm, because they were efficiently restocking cheese and other ingredients. But the folks serving me were downright chipper and didn’t exude stress like most«fast casual» employees tend to. My food was yummy as always, and the staff had made me smile.

I Placed a lunch order online(obviously to save time) for this location. I’m not sure if I was suffering from short term starvation or just ignorant to the fact that there are 2 chipotle’s or Pratt st. I’ll admit to the latter though. When I got to the store which is 2 blocks from my job, to my surprise there’s no order for me. Well there must be a mistake because I even got the thank you email. I showed the nice young lady at the online counter my email and she informs me that my order will be waiting for me at the East Pratt st location not the West. Obviously when I placed my order I made a mistake of choosing the wrong location but I’m here now so can I just pick it up? Ummm no. Although, she was kind enough to give me directions to the East Pratt location which is about 6 more blocks from my job or I had the option of standing in the line which was out the door. I get that I made an honest mistake but it seems that it was poor customer service to offer directions or stand in a 15+ minute line just for you to put some lettuce in a damn bowl.

I was really excited for this new Chipotle to open because it’s like a 5 minute walk from my apartment. I went for dinner on opening day and while there was not a long line, the service was a little slow. I’m sure they were just working out the kinks since it was their first day. I did not realize that guacamole had gone up to a whopping $ 2.25 extra which is ridiculous to me. Luckily Chipotle released their guacamole recipe, so I’m just going to make my own from now on. Or just go to Qdoba.

Ordered three tacos for pickup at 1:30, I got there at 1:20 and they were already cold. The tacos also looked like they were put together and packaged by an infant lacking motor skills; guacamole was everywhere except in the taco. Maybe they’re better when you’re standing there watching over them as they assemble your food, but pickup leaves a lot to be desired.

Good location, staff is hit or miss — some polite, some exceptionally rude. Food is fresh, but maybe because it just opened. Will visit again in a couple of weeks and adjust the review accordingly.

Service was great considering the amount of customers on opening week. Food is the same as compared to other locations. The workers were attentive to the trash receptacles but they did lack man power in wiping down the tables. Understandable for now since it just opened. I know a lot of convention goers will come here.
