Chick-fil-A

I have to say I am one of those people that feel Chickfila can do no wrong! I came to this location top grab some lunch and so my daughter could have a little play time in the play area. We came in and there was a booth right by the play area that was dirty. As soon as the manager saw us waiting she sent someone over and he was very apologetic even though it wasn’t a big deal to us. As usual the food came out great and everything was good. I’m always obsessed with their condiment station. I also gave their new frozen coffee drink a try. I was expecting a milkshake with a mocha hint but surprisingly it was really a coffee with a hint of frozen yogurt. I really liked it though because it wasn’t overly sweet but still satisfied my craving. Chickfila definitely puts all other fast food establishments to shame.

Experienced «second-​hand» racism (or mockery) on April 11^th, 2016 at 9:50pm. I’ve witnessed two of my asian friends and a Chik-​fil-​A worker experience a mockery from one of the team leaders. Here it is from my friend’s perspective since he does not have a Unilocal account:
«The food is fantastic, but the employees are disrespectful. The incident involves two works: Katrina C. (team leader, African descent) and Sidartha R. (casual employee, asian descent). It’s late at night, so the workers have barely anything to do. After completing my order, my sister and I (asian descent also) stood in the waiting area behind Sidartha. Sidartha R. clocked out and began ordering his food. Out of nowhere, Katrina C. howls out: „YO SID! Is that your family behind you, yo?! (laughs).“ All the employees proceed to laugh and crack more disrespectful jokes involving our race. Sid looks back at us and replies, „Man, yo, that’s racist,“ but Katrina C. and the employees STILL continues to proclaim jokes about our ethnicity/​race. Manager does nothing about it and just looks at us. My sister and I thought the same thing: offensive and disrespectful. So much for Katrina C. being a team leader. She’s disrespectful, slacking, and an androgynous individual. This particular franchise should be careful about the workers they hire. Katrina C. just enforces the stereotypes of her race, too.»
As for my input, I felt the disrespect, but I couldn’t do anything about it.

They offered great service and 100% friendly, milkshake machine went down and they offered me a free meal and milkshake next time I come in, great service

Like the others have said, this place is 5 stars. I used to pass by at lunch and refuse to enter a line around the restaurant, I’m glad I changed my mind. This place moves cars through the drive through faster thn I have ever seen.

Today was the first time I ever had to pull my vehicle to the side and wait for my order at this establishment. But I had to be patient because this was my first opportunity to get a peppermint milkshake for this holiday season. I also got some of those delicious waffle fries and a spicy chicken sandwich. Even though I had to wait about eight minutes for my food they also gave me for coupons which would give me money off of my next visit and a free peppermint milkshake. Thank you Chick-​fil-​A for making my wait worth the while. I guess I will be using my coupons with my youngest son it seems every time we go out he thinks that I’m supposed to stop at Chick-​fil-​A and get him a spicy chicken sandwich and a lemonade. So make sure you get an opportunity to try the peppermint milkshake before the season ends I’m sure you will enjoy it the milkshake isvery great and flavorful.

In all fairness, I’ve never gone into a Chick-​fil-​A that I didnt like, but this one is one of my family’s favorites. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Delicious food that you never have to wait very long for.

Very well run and staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had a fast food place be so courteous. I had two little ones with me and they brought my food to my table for me. And when we were just about done, someone came by and cleared our table. Impressed!

Five stars if you like Chic-​Fil-​A then you know the quality.

Honestly, this chick-​fil-​a is the best hands down! Best customer service around; everyone here is committed to their service and just an overall pleasure when working with their staff.
As for the food it’s what you and I have came to love about their chicken. This location makes the food hot, and always ready.
You might see a packed parking lot on a Friday but don’t let that be discouraging their line moves fast!

Three cheers for Chick-​fil-​A! They recently hosted a «Daddy-​Daughter date night» complete with free limo rides, white table cloth service, roses and Chick-​fil-​A eats. All you had to do was make a reservation online! Fabulous idea and an awesome service to the community. As the Mom of 3 girls, «THANK YOU!»

This is my lunch stop once or twice a week. The manager and staff are good and food is served quickly. This place is always hopping with business! That should be a sign of how good they are.

Great customer service and the food is always good.
