1st time there and thought sevice and food was excellent. we definitely will go back. try the. mango delight for desert. only downside no lime or orange slice for our sangrias in a glass.

This my grandson’s favorite place for lunch and we surprised him during a recent visit to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. The place was a madhouse when we stopped in but they have a great system for taking and announcing orders. Once we placed our order we proceeded to locate a table and get set up. Our food was ready quickly and we were able to finish our meal quickly. The restaurant itself is spotless and people are constantly moving around the dining area cleaning up after people. My wife had a salad with chicken and avocado/ranch dressing, which was excellent. My spicy chicken sandwich was very good as were the fries. Fast food but pretty good.

Every time I come here it’s either super crowded and there’s an endless wait but my food is good OR it’s not crowded at all and my food taste like it’s just been sitting there… it’s a bummer really because I came here 4 times last week and my food was just nasty and old.

Best Chick Fil-A ever. We arrived here to meet DJs outside playing rockin’ beats. They have 3 of us tickets for free chicken sandwiches. The owner was there wearing the same uniform as his employees – nice touch. Their uniforms are pretty cool btw. He did a nice sending for an employee leaving to work for the FBI and gave her and her child a nice gift basket after a touching announcement to the entire restaurant met with thunderous applause. We will be back.

Chik fil a is know for their amazing food and outstanding customer service. Though on my visit, the food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. The cashier rushed me and my boyfriend and didn’t even saying thank you or anything when I finished paying. She looked bored out of her mind and when I asked her for barbecue sauce, she just handed them to me in a rude way like I asked her a huge favor. I am really surprised how rude this chik fil a is and I won’t be coming back.

So I see what all the hype is about. This was my first time in a Chick Fil A ever in my life. I was bullied into it, there was a Shake Shack right next door naturally I was going there but my family would not hear of it because I mentioned I’ve never had Chick Fil A. I went up to the register and was greeted«hi ma’am how can I help you?» I stumbled through my order because I wanted to try everything lots of «ummmmm how about, maybe I’ll do, can you add this» so 10 mins and only $ 26 later I officially made my 1st order. A classic chicken sandwhich and waffle fries for me with a frozen lemonade(DIDNOTLIKETHAT!!!) for me, chicken nuggets kids meal for my little ones. Totally understand what we have been missing out on. Even more than the chicken i enjoyed the huge dipping sauce variety. I was well prepared to pay $ 5 extra dollars to be able to try as many sauces as i could to see which i liked best and when i asked for the first round of three different sauces and a salad dressing(Avocado lime… yummm!!!) she quickly grabbed them all and asked me if i wanted to try any others… what!!! I enjoyed this meal, definitely not the fast food i am used to as a NYer. It was also very busy when we came in(it is the heart of the harbor) but i did not have to wait forever for my food and the huge dining space allowed us to get a table quickly to enjoy our good eats!

If you read my other reviews, you know I am notoriously hard to please. This morning, It was snowing and icing and nothing was open and I LOVE Chik Fil A, but I only had it at my hometown in Westminster. I thought, oh god, here we go, how bad is this going to be, whilst walking in, this was going in my mind. I was greeted by Brandon Hurst, who, I have to say is one of the most pleasant, kindest and most attentive manager I have ever encountered. I work in the restaurant industry, and he is one of the best, and I have met many. The way he was expo-ing food and taking orders, but what struck me most of all, was the mutual respect he gave/got. His employees were very respectful, and this is rare, but Brandon was very respectful to his employees. There was a young African American Lady who was helping him at the registers, I wish I had gotten her name, she was just as nice and pleasant and kind. My order took maybe 5 minutes more than usual and they were very apologetic and kind and even gave me two cards for a free sandwich to make up for it. Like I said, I am in the industry, albeit in a very high end restaurant, but I was walking into an 11 hour shift and not feeling good when I entered that Chik Fil A, but the way I was treated by Brandon and his assistant and employees, even tho it was snowing, it really brightened my morning, it really did. If you have a chance, stop in and say hi :-) The customer service I got in this Chik Fil A, reminded me of being back in my small little hometown, in a time when people cared. Now my little hometown is over grown and built up and no more the same, but for the brief time I was in Chik Fil A, at 10:30am on February 15th, I felt like I was home and you can’t put a price tag on that. 1,000,000 stars :-)

We were walking around the waterfront and saw others carrying around CFA and decided we needed it. It’s on the opposite side of the road to the trade center on the waterfront and is easy to find. It was busy but the staff was organized and kept the lines for ordering and fulfillment moving. The food was CFA quality. The restaurant was clean and tidy. To use the bathroom you have to get a code from the receipt after a purchase.

This place is just super convenient to my job. And because its chick fil a I know im going to get decent fast food. the chicken is standard as in always good and the fries while not always plentiful especially if there is a rush are always hot. This location is very busy being in the heart of the harbor and I appreciate this location doing everything they can to mitigate the lines. even when it looks like the line is out the door they keep it moving(using ipads to take orders and direct you to color coded lines for example) this place even while its being over run never seems dirty or grimy. my only gripe is for some reason they are stingy with the sauce here. any other chick fil a location you ask for sauce and they throw 10 at you. Here I didn’t even get to ask for sauce because they are so busy I was bustled out of the way after I got my food. Then when I went back to ask the girl gave me one Polynesian sauce. Ma’am that’s not going to cut it. In the long run not that big a deal. Classic chik fil a location you get what you expect.

Great service at this location. The menu is limited to mostly fried chicken, of course. However, if you are in the mood, you will find their chicken is always juicy. I appreciate that they are open at 6am for breakfast. You can order lunch food at breakfast, but it will add about 12 minutes to the otherwise speedy time it takes to get your food.

Absolutely poor customer service. Went here for breakfast ordered a typical spicy chicken biscuit meal. Gave my name and then waited 15 minutes while someone tried to prep it. I saw one guy which I guess is the manger had to go back there and explain how to do something. 20 minutes have gone by. Seriously. 20MINUTES!!! The place was not short staffed and there were other customers in there. We have all been waiting a long time and finally some guy went up there and asked what the hold up is. The girl at the register said she’ll ask. I mean go back there and get the god damn food — not ask what the hold up is. Alright so the food is ready and bagged up. She calls out all the names and people are standing there. This is not a knock against the other customers for not paying attention. The girl at the register was calling out names for people that didn’t order anything. There were 6 people in the restaurant with me. It was like she was making random names up and holding a bag of food in the air. Absolutely crazy. Finally she calls out a name of some guy. He walks up and gets it and moves on. Then she calls out the name«Jamie» and looks over to me. I look around and the other customers obviously not named Jamie otherwise they probably would’ve jumped at the chance to get their food. She looks at me again and was like«Sir your food is ready…» with this condescending look like I did something wrong. Convo went as follows: Chick Fil A(CFA): Jamie, you food is ready Me:(looking around then just stand there) CFA: Sir this is your food… Me: My name is not Jamie(I look around at the other customers and they shrug) CFA: Yes it is, your name is Jamie and this is what you ordered? Are you kidding me??! You’re arguing about what my name is!!! Me: No that is not my name and what is in that bag? CFA: You ordered a chicken biscuit meal Me: That I did but can you make sure it’s not another customers? My name isn’t Jamie and I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit. Not a regular.(Looked around at other customers, they are dumbfounded) CFA: Yes you did To cut things short, there was no one in the place named Jamie, the manager finally came out and asked what the problem was, took the girl in the back, came back to the front and asked us what we ordered. Everyone told him and he personally packed everything up and gave it to us. Give me a break! This girl was arguing about what my names was? 1 Star for sure for this location. I love CFA but will never go back to this location. I’d drive over to Canton where they actually get things right the first go around. If anyone from CFA corporate HQ sees this: You need to fire everyone that works there and administer an IQ test before you hire anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Consistently good across the nation! Normally, I don’t review chain restaurants in different cities after I have already reviewed them once. I had to make an exception to recognize what is a consistent pattern of good food and great customer service. The chick-fil-a sandwich meal with waffle fries and iced tea is phenomenal. It is consistently good with fresh ingredients and generous portions. What’s more important is the consistently commendable costumer service and attitude. At this particular Chick-fil-a, three times during my meal staff members asked me how my dining was going and if they could get me anything. There are some 5-star restaurants where I have to beg a server to refill my water glass! The polite and courteous demeanor of each staff member including the cashier is wonderful and seems genuine. I also very much appreciate the company’s policy of hiring elderly and disabled. More business should adopt this model. It bears mentioning that this Chick-fil-a is immaculately clean and tidy. This chain clearly has a special business model that works for them. And for me, more importantly.

Of all of the Chickfila’s that I have been to, this one has the greatest service from my experience! No matter how busy it gets especially during lunch hours, the service is always friendly and bubbly! The staff greets you with enthusiasm when they take your order electronically and then you just go up to the register and pay. This system is quite efficient and I never have to wait long to receive my order. There are always staff walking around to give you free refills and throw away your trash for you. I have also frequently seen the manager walking around often and chatting with customers which I find very welcoming. One time, my friend and I had just finished eating our meal and we were discussing the chicken deluxe sandwich and the manager overheard our conversation. I had said that I had never tried the chicken deluxe sandwich before and he said that I should definitely try it sometime. I told him I would get it the next time I came and then he walked away. But 5 min later, he came over to our table again and brought me a free chicken deluxe sandwich! Best day ever! Overall, the service is absolutely wonderful and the décor is nice, modern, and clean as well!

I ate nothing here. We came in, as a family, to get food last Saturday. However, while it was nearly 80 outside, and humid as hell, this Chick-fil-A seemed to now have the AC on. It was stuffy and warm inside. It was a completely uncomfortable atmosphere. We ended up leaving and going next door. I don’t know what they were thinking.

Normally Chick-fil-A’s are known for their astonishing service. But what good is a phone if you don’t answer them. I have been calling this location for the past 3 days trying to organize a catering event and they just do not pick up. i love their food and their new convenient location right at the heart of inner harbor, but seriously get it together.
