Brow Art 23

Very quick service, nice brow shape, reasonable price.

I love this place… very clean… never a long wait!

This review is long overdue. Kopila is AMAZING! I have really thick eyebrows that I prefer to keep thick and Kopila does just that. She takes her time and does not rush the process like other experiences I’ve had. The wait is never long. I think the longest I’ve had to wait was maybe 10 mins if that. The only down side is that she recently moved to another location which is extremely out of my reach. So now I’m on the hunt for a new eye brow place. I just hope this location does not shut down because Kopila is normally the only one there.

Fast and friendly service! I came here for the first time today, for my first time ever threading. I thought it would hurt but it wasn’t bad at all, coming from a person who usually gets her eyebrows waxed. I Will come back again!

The place was a little difficult to find. It is located on the bottom level of the mall towards the end where the Forever 21 is.
I didn’t get my technicians name, but she was nice and did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. It was $ 11 plus tip. I was disappointed though in how much more expensive it is to upcharge another small body area.
Will be back as this place is open during Mall Hours and seems to be the closest Eyebrow Threading place to downtown Baltimore.

Thanks to the first review, I learnt that this place existed. The place was clean and the lady, tarun courteous and nice. No waiting time at all. $ 11 plus tip. My favorite however is neha threading in Parkville as they got my eyebrows exactly as I want them. Brow Art left them a bit thicker but maybe every «artist» has a different touch.

I’ve been getting threaded for a while now, and I’ve been to a few places all over Central Maryland.
The place is always spotless. The employees are always courteous. This is true for all of the Brow Art locations that I have been to. But, the location at Mondawmin Mall is an actual storefront, which is a plus because it gives the threading experience a different feel than being in the middle of a mall at a kiosk (not that there’s anything wrong with that).
There are plenty of good places to get threaded. But, there aren’t many great places. I’ll say «great» because the ladies at Brow Art 23 get my eyebrows right EVERY time. I’ve been faithful to a few well-​known threaders. But, eventually, they jack up my face, and I never come back.
But, now that I am faithful to Brow Art 23, there’s no reason to.
