We are new to the area and we’re looking for a brick oven place like home. Did not disappoint. Pizza was delivered hot but a friendly driver. Pizza was not greasy or over cooked. Tasted great

So on another rainy day in Baltimore, we decided to order; one fish sandwich with hots, lettuce, tomatoes, American Cheese and Fried Onions.
As well as the Cheese steak sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mayonnaise, hots, and fried onions. This was a combo so Hot fries with Old Bay were included and a can drink.
I’m giving three stars because as we placed the order the gentleman put us on hold twice, he forgot to mention the total of the order.
As well when we finally received our order there was Provolone Cheese on the Fish Sandwich instead of American Cheese.
I am undecided if I will order from them again based on Customer Service.

On a snowy night, the food was delivered hot and with condiments as ordered! Everything was seasoned and prepared as requested. Delivery man was polite and professional. Kudos to him for calling and identifying his presence and location once he arrived in front of house. Great packaging!

my boyfriend and i ordered pizza from here about a month ago… it took them THREE HOURS to deliver our pizza and wings, and when the food FINALLY arrived it was ice cold and the delivery person forgot our drinks. when we called after an hour of waiting for our food, a very rude woman answered the phone and said they only had one driver for the ENTIRE NIGHT! if you only have one driver that night, then take your business off of the delivery app for one night! or at least warn with a notification that delivery times will be extremely backed up. after waiting for three hours for ice cold pizza and wings, and no drinks, we decided we would never order from here again. we were both so irritated with the situation that evening. what a disappointment and we were not very pleased with the food either.

My boyfriend had eaten here a few times before and said he liked it so we decided to try it tonight. 2 hours and 10 minutes later and our food is STILL not here. He has called twice I called once and we called eat 24. Neither of them could give a reason why a pizza and wings takes 2 hours to arrive or an estimation of when we could expect our order. They aren’t getting my money tonight and won’t be getting it anytime in the future. Would love to have actually been able to rate the food.
Update: 2 hours and 45 minutes (30 mins after we canceled the order) and we are eating food from another carry out they have the nerve to call and at they are here.

When you hear brick oven pizza good thoughts generally come to mind. Not here though. Take a frozen pizza make it thinner then throw that in the brick oven and you have what these people serve. Thankfully it’s not like five dollars a slice and I assume if your hungry it will do. My expectations were probably just too high.

Pizza was subpar. «Thin round pizza» was thick crust. The Hawaiian pizza was just pineapple, the place doesn’t even have ham (or bacon). The delivery guy couldn’t even find the apartment, just called from the street.

Order from here about once a week and today was pitiful. Ordered 2 pizzas, took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get here. Called to check and see what the delay was and I was put on hold (put phone on counter and I could overhear about 10 orders taken) then after holding for about 10 minutes I was told my food was on its way. Once it arrived the driver handed me a paper to sign for my order asked me to sign however he didn’t have a pen. Lastly, the pizzas were warm at best. I understand understaffing and having to wait however the lack of attention to detail is disheartening and it would go a long way.

Never again. incredibly slow delivery (2+hours though delivery window was 45minutes to one hour) and incorrect meal delivered. I actually don’t even know what this is but i know it’s not chicken francese.

I love their food! It’s awesome and reasonably priced! From the pizza, to the wings, to the salad. Finally there’s a food spot on Franklin other than McDonalds and those chicken places that keep coming and going. What I recommend is their Cheesesteak sub! Delicious! If beef is not what you prefer than try their Chicken cheese sub! Out of this world with the provolone cheese! Mmmm
The customer service is great. That guy who runs the whole thing is always kind. They cook and prepare the food right in front of you. And there’s a small dining area if you’d like to eat there. They also serve delicious Hershey’ ice cream ^_​^!!!
