I’ve used this service a dozen times to get to NYC.
Always on-​time and courteous.
Though often times the power is down and there is no wifi.
The location is great and well lit.
The only downside is buses leaving Baltimore do not have Philadelphia service.
What’s up with that? Other than that, will use again.
Ps. Be forewarned that if you catch the Baltimore bus to NYC, the drop off and pick up is at the Javits center. Plan your trip accordingly.
