Glen knows appliances. He delivers according to YOUR schedule, and he sticks with models that his guy can fix, so you’re never more than a couple of days of having that washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, or dishwasher back in action. As a Baltimore landlord, I feel that I’m treated fairly and get good value for my money.

No stars for this company. I purchased a used refrigerator on 11÷14÷14, and was prepared to accept delivery on that date. The deliveryman arrived late and
asked me to dismantle my laundry room door. He then refused to deliver my refrigerator. A call to the office granted me the opportunity to speak to Glen, the owner (or owner’s son, depending on who is telling the tale). Glen was very rude as well as a blowhard. He put his hands on me when I went to his office to demand my money back. I will report this company to the BBB and I encourage people who are thinking of utilizing this company to look elsewhere. Here, at Best Used Appliances, the customer is never right.

It’s worth the trip to see these guys. They had a much larger selection of stoves than I expected. Very good prices, too. My wife and I were shopping for a used washer and dryer, we visited several stores and we were not very impressed until we found Best Used Appliances on Edmonson Avenue. I had many questions which the owner answered without hesitation. He asked a few questions and then showed us a selection of dryer sets that would meet our needs. He explained all the features and how these machines work. We purchased a very nice set and had it delivered the same day. This store is an old bank in the city, but the quality and the price made it worth the trip. I am very glad that we found this place and I highly recommend you to visit.
