This is the worst bank I’ve ever had the misfortune of stepping into. There are always several tellers and managers walking around, but no one seems to be doing anything. One teller will be handling all the in-store transactions, one will be sitting at the drive thru window(and there are usually no customers there), and one or two will be doing things on computers with the«next teller please» sign up. There’s a manager who is always there and chats with the tellers who are too busy on computers(once, it sounded like the guy was taking some kind of test– maybe do that when there aren’t 8 customers in line?) to handle the growing line of customers, but she never does anything to expedite the process for the one teller who is actually working. If you have time to drive to another branch, do it. This one is abysmal.
