I booked a trip with Capt. Don last summer. I can’t remember the exact date. A few days later I had to cancel the date. I called Capt. Don and told him I need ed to cancel the date and wanted a refund. He told me that he doesn’t do refunds and that’s what the down payment is for. I told him OK and that I would call him back to reschedule. A few weeks later the date of the original trip came. He called that morning he said he was wondering where I was. I reminded him that I had canceled that trip which he didn’t remember. He said that I had lost my deposit because he still had me scheduled. I didn’t feel like arguing so I said fine and left it alone.

We did a groupon deal with Captain Don for my husband’s birthday, we brought 3 friends with us. It cost 2x as much as the other deal and was worth every penny. Captian Don and his Mate Michelle we funny and attentive. They did everything for us from baiting the hooks, took the fish off the lines, cleaned them when we were all done. It was a relaxing and pleasant trip. We caught loads of fish. don kept adjusting the boat so we kept finding the «sweet spots». We would go back to him for a fishing charter again in a heartbeat!
